Building Construction Estimator to lead all aspects of cost planning and budgeting and manage all facets of bid preparation, preconstruction phases, conceptual estimates of building projects. The ideal candidate will apply their expert knowledge of construction costs to develop and complete accurate cost estimates that are consistent with company department objectives, and that achieve profitability based on company requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints, construction drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates.

Position Overview
The Senior Preconstruction Estimator will lead pursuits, initiate conversations with owners, act as the main point of contact with proposed clients and manage the Estimating group in certain functions. The Sr. Preconstruction Estimator will have daily involvement in the preconstruction phase of various projects by sourcing and reviewing potential opportunities, preparing budgetary estimates/schedules, and formulating work plans based on conceptual or schematic designs through construction documents. The Sr. Preconstruction Estimator helps develop project GMP by performing quantity take-off, soliciting subcontractor pricing as necessary, and/or applying historical cost data. The Sr. Preconstruction Estimator will be involved with both public and private clients.
Assigned Responsibilities
Client Development
- Promote the growth and development of Client and Designer relationships.
- Maintain positive working relationship with Client and Architect and/or Engineer contacts to facilitate successful project execution.
- Attend Client initiated meetings throughout the preconstruction phase of the project.
- Meet with owners, architects, and other industry related professionals to network and promote the interests of F.H. Paschen.
- Monitor and review potential opportunities via various solicitation websites.
- Prepare preliminary budgets, conceptual estimates and detailed estimates (conceptual, schematic, design development, construction) including quantity take-offs.
- Review documents and provide input regarding general conditions, project phasing and site logistics.

- Prepare discipline estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work.
- Maintain files of working documents as back up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists, etc.
- Prepare instruction to bidders and other bid solicitation information as required
- Participate with the preconstruction team during the strategy meetings on the approach to the project or estimate.
- Assist in the preparation of preliminary construction schedules and work plans.
- Attend design meetings with Owner, Architect, Engineers, and Consultants
- Participate in the project hand-off meeting between the project Operations team and the preconstruction team.
- Visit on-going projects to verify status of estimate versus project status, meet with the project operations team, view work in place for experience and comparison to the estimate.
- General work hours are 7:30am - 5pm and 5-day work weeks are standard. Note that work hours and workdays may vary (changes, additions, etc.) based on critical work activities and/or required safety supervision.
- Over ten (10) years, experience with preconstruction and estimating preferred.
- Civil and Structural experience in preconstruction and estimating strongly preferred.

Role Overview
The client is currently in the middle of a large M&A integration, bringing together data from 8th Avenue and existing PCB systems across multiple ERPs. The data environment is still early in maturity, and the focus is on standing up a practical MDM foundation using Stibo STEP rather than a full enterprise rollout. This role will lead the design and implementation of master data consolidation across Customer and Finished Goods domains, working closely with Data Quality, Governance, and Data Engineering teams. The position is a mix of architecture and hands-on configuration, focused on building scalable, reusable MDM processes and establishing core governance and data integrity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of master data consolidation for 8th Ave to PCB integration
- Develop conceptual and logical data models for Customer and Item domains
- Design and implement match/merge and survivorship rules, including search-before-create logic
- Build and manage cross-reference mappings between legacy and target systems
- Define MDM architecture, including data flows, integration patterns, and system interactions
- Establish governance framework including CRUD ownership, data stewardship, and integrity controls
- Align closely with Data Quality Technical Lead on data quality rules and processes
- Assess and harmonize Customer and Product hierarchies across systems
- Integrate MDM with enterprise data catalog (metadata, lineage, business glossary)
- Identify gaps in current MDM setup and contribute to future roadmap
- Collaborate with business, ERP, and data teams to gather and refine requirements
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production issue resolution
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to internal teams
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in end-to-end MDM implementations, preferably using Stibo STEP
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, match/merge, survivorship rules, and hierarchies
- Experience working as both architect and hands-on configurator (design + build)
- Strong understanding of data integrity, cross-referencing, and multi-system data consistency
- Experience defining and implementing MDM governance (CRUD ownership, stewardship workflows)
- Ability to work in low data maturity environments and drive structure
- Experience leading cross-functional design discussions with business and ERP teams
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data management practices
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and REST APIs
- Experience working with search technologies (Elastic Search or similar)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Stibo STEP SaaS implementations in Customer or Product domains

As a Flex Senior Manager, Partner Campaign Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in executing Marriott's Partner Campaign Reporting program. Candidate Profile
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media or other digital business with a strong analytical background and experience.
- Strong technical and analytical foundation, with experience in data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics.
- Knowledge of measurement and analytics across digital marketing and media channels, including reporting frameworks and analytical models.
- Familiarity with core measurement science concepts, including experimentation and measurement frameworks (A/B testing, matched market, MMM, etc.), statistical sampling techniques and hypothesis testing, power analysis, and synthetic control.
- Familiarity with media channels, marketing technology, marketing operations, audience segmentation, and customer data strategies.
- Proven experience presenting analytical insights and answering all technical/data questions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Primary Activities
- Drive the execution of Marriott's Partner Campaign Reporting function, including defining key KPIs, designing advertiser reporting templates and dashboards, and managing partner campaign reporting managers.
- Translate campaign and performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for advertising partners.
- Support the Sr. Director, Partner Campaign Reporting with the development and execution of the measurement and reporting roadmap.
- Develop and manage partner campaign reporting managers in building reporting capabilities and supporting advertiser analytics requests.
- Work cross-functionally with the Sales & Partnerships team to ensure business needs around measurement and reporting are captured and reflected in standardized measurement and reporting templates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document and communicate measurement capabilities and deliver customized reporting solutions based on advertiser needs.
- Collaborate with the measurement team to create new analytical models, measurement pipelines, and visualization dashboards / tools.

The pay range for this position is $52.06 to $72.79 per hour.
