Position Summary: The Business Process Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing various process improvements and project implementations across Customer Service.
This role serves as a key collaborator and resource to the Global Process teams (Call Centers, IT and Training) and ensures that standard processes are documented and implemented in support of the overall vision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as CS SME for key/main processes relating to Material to support projects including UAT script writing, execution of test scripts, process documentation and implementation. Serves as a primary department contact for system and process requirements implementations, enhancements and testing cycles.
* Takes ownership of new business requirements and works with relevant call center functions to determine any new business processes and or changes to existing process.
* Takes ownership of complex issues and challenges and create exception rules. Support department SMEs in documentation best practices and maintenance in support of our Quality Adherence.
* Actively identifies process improvements and drives process improvement initiatives by working cross functionally to continuously improve the systems, processes, and controls to ensure effective development, monitoring, and support is in place.
* Oversees the day to day functionality of Contact Registration System and works with Global Process Teams and IT on maintenance and enhancement.

The Sr. Process RSPC, Cheese & Powder Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading projects related to the RSPC's areas and the process manufacturing of our cheeses and powder products, from design to full implementation and support the plant production and quality operations. Working with Operations, Research and Development, the Project Manager will be responsible for optimizing the various production systems, which directly and indirectly support the manufacturing process by implementing new process or modifying actual process. Will be involved with existing and new processes in the company.
Travel will be required up to 75% of the time to plants based in NY, WI, CA, ID, NH, VT, AZ, TN & MI or to manufacturers/vendors site locations nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Develop drawings, scopes of work, budgets and timelines as needed to prepare a project for submittal.

As a Senior Process Project Manager, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to leading and executing strategic capital investment and process improvement projects that enhance the design, performance, and reliability of our yogurt manufacturing operations. The role includes overseeing projects from concept through full implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, plant operational needs, and product quality expectations. - Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance criteria to support strategic business goals within yogurt manufacturing and processing.

The Manager, Processing, will be primarily accountable for the daily management and execution of all milk-receiving and processing areas. As a Raytheon Process Engineer, you'll work to improve processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability and safety and maximize profitability.
You're the in-factory materials and process specialist, and your responsibilities will include verifying that Technical Data Package (TDP) shelf-life materials are correctly called out in Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) and writing material processing procedures. In addition, you'll collaborate on integrating process equipment within the factory and you'll document the equipment's functionality.
As a Process Engineer II, your responsibilities will also include:
- Quickly addressing production issues related to materials and processes, ensuring root causes of issues are understood and solutions are robust and cost effective
- Assisting with on-the-job training for materials and processes
- Actively participating in daily production meetings
- Collaborating with Factory personnel
- Notifying the Materials Management Team of any potential materials obsolescence or supply chain interruptions
- Assisting the Process Engineer working with Materials & Process Engineering (M&PE) to quickly address problem buys and obsolete materials. This includes identifying end users, determining material requirements, finding alternatives (drive testing as needed), ensuring new materials will work in existing processes and using the opportunity to drive to common materials
- Helping to improve processes utilizing Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce variability, eliminate constraints and provide ongoing process sustainment
- Helping to drive use of common materials based on allowable requirements on the drawing, utilizing process engineering tools
- Assisting in creating or editing Manufacturing Procedures
- Supporting process troubleshooting efforts to quickly and efficiently resolve manufacturing process issues and coordinating with Materials & Process Engineering (M&PE) Labs to do root Cause Corrective Action as required
- This position involves direct support of manufacturing activities and requires spending time in and around factory areas

Your New Role:
Coordinate manufacturing needs with engineering solutions. Develop guidelines for manufacturing for new materials and find improvements in machine design and material handling for increased profitability of current materials.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Β· Identify potential opportunities for improvement in methods of extrusion
Β· Document and standardize each improvement in terms of efficiency and quality
Β· Train personnel, from management to lead positions in improved process methods
Β· Help in the investigation of customer complaints that involve the process as necessary
Β· Furnish weekly reports documenting the type and amount of improvements that took place
Β· Specify process requirements relative to new equipment or machine redesign as a function of the engineering department effort
Β· Aid in troubleshooting production problems
Β· Provide the VP of Manufacturing with prioritized project lists with schedules and cost estimates included
Β· Coordinate the rework schedules and files for all dies, screws, barrels, and rolls
Β· Set production volume targets for all materials, monitor actual machine outputs and make suggestions to management for improved rates and/or efficiencies toward the goal of increased profitability
Β· Submit weekly reports each Friday summarizing activities, problems, and pertinent information
Β· Responsible for understanding the food safety hazards of their job and following the employee GMPs and other procedures to ensure food safety
Β· Other duties as assigned
Your hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:00am β 5:00pm - must have flexibility to provide support to a 24/7 facility.
What you need:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Emphasis in Plastics a plus.
- Complete understanding of Extrusion Process
- Preferred 2+ years experience within a plastics manufacturing facility
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work as part of a team
