The Trust & Probate Paralegal will support the attorney in all aspects of probate and trust administrations and litigation surrounding probate, trust and estates. - Discovery – Draft discovery including special interrogatories, request for admissions, request for production, subpoenas, deposition notices.
Court Appearances & Depositions:
- Attend depositions and trials as needed.
- Provide litigation support, including assistance with discovery and trial preparation.
Client & Beneficiary Relations:

- Latest plans and shop drawings in PlanGrid.
- Final estimate and cost coding structure.
- Scope of Work with all inclusions and exclusions clearly defined.
Client Relationship Management (Post-Sale)
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and transparency throughout the project.
- Support Sr. PMs with addendums, RFIs, and change orders via Buildertrend.
- Maintain proactive communication through follow-up calls, job site visits, and email updates.
- Escalate project or relationship challenges to the GM as needed to maintain service quality.

Director of Facilities Management position qualifications:

Lead and oversee prefab/modular construction projects from initial design coordination through factory production, transportation, on-site installation, and final handover — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, to quality/safety standards, while maximizing the efficiency advantages of prefabrication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Pre-Construction Phase
- Collaborate with clients and manufacturers to review/optimize designs for manufacturability and modular breakdown.
- Develop detailed project schedules that align factory production timelines with site readiness and installation sequencing.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including off-site fabrication costs, transportation, craneage, and on-site assembly.
- Identify and mitigate risks specific to prefab (tolerances, module interfaces, weather-independent production vs. site delays).
2. Coordination of Off-Site Fabrication
- Act as primary liaison between the construction firm and the prefab/modular manufacturing facility.
- Monitor factory production progress, review shop drawings, BIM models, and QA/QC processes in the plant.
- Manage change orders and design revisions to minimize factory re-work.
- Ensure modules meet specifications, building codes, and client requirements before release from factory.
3. Logistics & Transportation Management
- Plan and coordinate module transportation (permits, routing, escorts for oversize loads, timing to avoid site conflicts).
- Schedule deliveries to align with site staging and crane availability.
4. On-Site Installation & Assembly Oversight
- Supervise module setting, walls, and panels to make sure schedule is maintained
- Coordinate subcontractors/trades for on-site integration (foundations, slabs, envelope closures).
- Manage site logistics, crane operations, and temporary facilities during module erection.
5. Budget, Cost Control & Financial Management
- Track costs across factory production, transport, and field installation.
- Approve invoices, manage change orders, and forecast cash flow.
- Achieve or improve target gross margins by reducing waste, rework, and schedule slippage.
6. Schedule Management & Progress Tracking
- Maintain and update master project schedule.
- Conduct regular progress meetings (factory, site, client).
- Proactively address delays (weather, supply chain, design changes).
7. Quality Assurance, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to building codes, modular certification standards, and local regulations.
- Oversee safety programs at both factory and site (often different protocols).
- Manage inspections, testing, and commissioning of prefab components and final building systems.
8. Communication Management
- Serve as main point of contact for owners/clients, architects, engineers, and the plant.
- Provide regular status reports and forecasts.
- Lead project meetings and resolve conflicts between factory, transport, and field teams.
9. Project Closeout
- Coordinate final inspections and punch lists
- Manage as-built documentation, warranties, and handover.
- Conduct post-project review to capture lessons learned for future prefab projects.
- Required Qualifications & Experience (Typical)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
- 5–10+ years in construction project management, with at least 3–5 years specifically in prefabricated, modular, or off-site construction.
- Proven track record delivering prefab/modular projects
- Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, tolerances in modular systems, and interface detailing.
- Familiarity with transportation regulations for oversize loads and crane/lifting operations.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent coordination across distributed teams (factory + field).
- Strong understanding of lean construction principles applied to prefab.

- Partner with Store Design Teams to review budgets, plan layouts, and ensure construction specifications and drawings meet accuracy, code compliance, and company standards.
- Work with local, state, and federal agencies to secure construction permits, including planning, building, fire, health, ADA, and air quality compliance.
Budgeting, Procurement & Cost Management
- Develop and manage blueprint and final estimates related to building and FF&E costs.
- Collaborate with purchasing to coordinate equipment orders, vendor services, materials, and contract services based on final project estimates.
Project Closeout
- Manage project closeout by compiling accurate “As Built” drawings, archiving specifications, and completing project maintenance manuals.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing operations.

General Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Operations
- Lead the full construction lifecycle of mission-critical data center projects in partnership with Project Managers and Project Executives
- Provide strategic direction for planning, coordination, sequencing, and site logistics specific to high-density, high-redundancy environments
- Oversee all day-to-day jobsite operations including personnel, financials, safety, scheduling, commissioning readiness, and quality
- Direct daily field operations, including trade sequencing, manpower planning, and site utilization tailored to data center constraints
- Manage heavy equipment logistics (cranes, rigging, delivery coordination for large electrical/mechanical equipment)
Technical & MEP Systems Management
- Apply advanced understanding of complex MEP, electrical distribution, UPS systems, generators, BMS/EPMS, cooling technologies, and associated risk factors unique to data centers
- Manage quality control for all critical-path systems, including white space, mechanical yards, electrical rooms, and equipment startups
- Conduct constructability reviews with focus on high-density MEP integration and redundancy requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to owner standards, industry codes, and mission-critical best practices
Commissioning & Quality Assurance
- Oversee commissioning readiness and coordinate with commissioning agents

- Coordinate and schedule work activities for tradespeople, forepersons, and field professionals
- Conduct preconstruction meetings with subcontractors before each major phase (MEP rough-in, equipment set, energization, commissioning, etc.)
- Review quantity takeoffs, materials management, and procurement strategies for long-lead and critical equipment
Safety & Compliance
- Support and enforce site-specific safety programs and OSHA compliance
- Refuse unsafe work and ensure all activities follow established safety procedures
- Report incidents, near misses, and hazards
- Wear and maintain required PPE
- Participate in inspections, safety meetings, and required training

Financial & Business Management

General Superintendent Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of construction experience required
- Several years of experience in mission-critical or highly complex MEP-intensive projects required
- Experience managing projects valued at $100M or greater (data center experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of planning and scheduling for mission-critical environments
- Deep knowledge of complex MEP systems, redundancy strategies, and commissioning processes
- Strong financial and business acumen for monitoring project costs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, engineering drawings, and installation manuals
- Demonstrated competency across all trade types relevant to data center construction
