Pursue new business opportunities from an assigned target list of prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and communicate product capabilities effectively.
Present solutions and support customers through the full sales cycle.
Handle objections confidently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, operations) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM entries, sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
Strong communication skills
- verbal, written, and presentation.
Confidence and resilience when handling objections or rejection.
Coachable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work onsite in City of Industry, CA.
Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits (about 1-2 times a quarter) Preferred Experience in aerospace, automotive, machining, CNC, welding, metals, or aluminum manufacturing environments.
Technical aptitude or understanding of manufactured/precision components.
