Director of Reverse Logistics
The Director of Reverse Logistics is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational execution of the company’s reverse supply chain ecosystem including product returns, refurbishment, recycling, and warranty fulfillment. - Serve as the key liaison between operations, customer service, and IS to enhance returns and RTV processes.

Key Role Description
Responsibilities primarily involve day-to-day support of pipeline and terminal process control systems and associated applications, including, but not limited to, distributed regulatory control systems (SCADA and LDS systems), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and process history data systems. Responsibilities also include support for the control portion of MIPC pipeline and terminal projects and day-to-day technical support to various other departments within the organization including operations, reliability, and IT. SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Engineering & Programming Technician works independently throughout the manufacturing plant to analyze, modify, and build control systems to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity of equipment and facility systems. Additionally, this individual may be called upon to assist in troubleshooting machine issues, to implement safety, quality, and productivity projects, and to introduce new products and processes.
