As a Ground Maintenance Technician (GMT) in a stationary role, you will be a part of Delta's Ground Support Equipment team. Summary of responsibilities:

The minimum starting hourly rate for this position is $36.22 with the ability to increase your hourly rate within 6 months of your start date, based upon premiums offered. Examples include but are not limited to CIMM Certification, Shift differential, and Skill differential.

- 400 Hz Generator/Inverter Ground Power: Strong understanding of electronic and electrical components and proficiency at identifying problems and repairing and rebuilding them. A background in 400 Hz, testing equipment as needed to perform repair/overhaul, and the ability to read electrical schematics and drawings are required. Familiarity with Jetpower II, Jetpower Plus, and CSI units. Experience operating passive and resistive load banks and working in an electronics environment.

- Develop a spare parts stock strategy to organize and correctly account for that inventory and usage

Summary/Objective
This position requires a highly motivated individual with extensive experience working in a Tool Room environment. The role demands strong knowledge of manual machining techniques (turning, grinding, milling) as well as CNC machines with MDI and Fanuc controls, including the ability to write programs when required. Candidates must demonstrate a solid background in fixture and gage building, at least 5 years of fixture design/repair experience, and the ability to contribute constructive input during fixture/tooling design reviews. Proficiency in reading blueprints and GD&T is essential.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Under limited supervision, fabricate, repair, and improve tools, jigs, fixtures, simple molds, gauges, and dies to the tolerances required for manufacturing processes.
- Work from engineering drawings, sketches, prototypes, and design documents to manufacture dies, fixtures, jigs, and tooling, applying knowledge of materials, machining methods, assembly processes, and mathematics.
- Maintain tooling, fixtures, materials, and CNC programs in an organized and systematic manner to ensure proper process execution.
- Machine precision components by measuring, marking, and scribing stock; setting up and operating lathes, mills, drills, grinders, EDM, and CNC equipment when required.
- Inspect and verify component accuracy using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauge blocks, and other precision instruments.
- Assemble and fit dies by shaping, smoothing, and aligning components; secure assemblies with bolts, dowels, and fasteners; connect wiring or hydraulic lines as required.

You will be trained to present mortgage opportunities over the phone, educating the customer on the product and the process, and will work with the customer throughout the process from start to finish.
- Participate in our extensive training program to learn how to interview applicants and advise customers on product, pricing, and process via phone call. This will refine your communication skills and negotiation tactics so you can excel in this role.
- Manage leads by phone, email, text, and CRM.
- Interview applicants to analyze financial and credit data, determine financing objectives, and advise customer on product, pricing, and process.
- Collect and analyze client's financial information and credit worthiness.
- Communicate with client to provide or request information and required documentation.
- Follow loan from application to closing, ensuring continued communication with the customer throughout the process.
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.

What You'll Work On
As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you'll be a key player in keeping our high-tech production equipment running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
* Advanced PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics (including ladder logic and online programming)
* Installing and maintaining relay and PLC-controlled systems
* Servicing and calibrating AC/DC motors and drives
* Working with voltages up to 480 VAC
* Performing preventative maintenance and system upgrades
* Reading blueprints and working with both standard and metric measurements

The actual rate of pay offered will vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
* Maintain, service, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic circuitry and related production and facility equipment components.
* PLC, controls, and AC/DC drive experience required.
* Advanced knowledge in the electronic diagnostics of PLC's AC/DC drive systems, knowledgeable on Profibus and Can-bus and various types of computer-operated control circuitry.

Demonstrate proficiency utilizing a personal computer, and order parts and materials by using appropriate company purchasing requirements, including computerized maintenance management systems.
Ability to work closely with engineers, technicians, and peers to maintain electronic/electrical systems on new and specialized equipment with knowledge of the National Electrical Code and execute the most cost-effective method to fulfill customer and code requirements.
