The Director of Reverse Logistics is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational execution of the companyβs reverse supply chain ecosystem including product returns, refurbishment, recycling, and warranty fulfillment. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the key liaison between operations, customer service, and IS to enhance returns and RTV processes.

Key Role Description
Responsibilities primarily involve day-to-day support of pipeline and terminal process control systems and associated applications, including, but not limited to, distributed regulatory control systems (SCADA and LDS systems), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and process history data systems. Responsibilities also include support for the control portion of MIPC pipeline and terminal projects and day-to-day technical support to various other departments within the organization including operations, reliability, and IT. Much of the work is project-orientated and requires working on a number of projects and priorities simultaneously.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Engineering & Programming Technician works independently throughout the manufacturing plant to analyze, modify, and build control systems to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity of equipment and facility systems. Additionally, this individual may be called upon to assist in troubleshooting machine issues, to implement safety, quality, and productivity projects, and to introduce new products and processes. This individual will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities that are machine and process related that can be improved through the use of technology. - Bachelors Degree in an Engineering related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant I&C experience is required.
- MUST HAVE PE or EIT and sitting for PE soon.
- Must have experience designing SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems.
- Strong background in AutoCAD is preferred.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in Texas is required.
- Experienced in the design of construction documents.
- Write Technical Memoranda based on site assessment.
- Drawing/PDF markups.
- Design relay schematics (motor control).
- PLC and SCADA HMI development and creation of PLC I/O lists
- Wide Area Network (WAN) design, including radio and cellular communications
- Fiber optic cable specification
- Control panel design
- VFD design/interface
- Physical and cybersecurity assessment and design preferred.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges, with a focus on team success.
- Strong ability to foster and maintain professional, cross-functional relationships.
