Company Description

Amberjack is a fast-growing DTC footwear brand. We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to help lead customer acquisition and retention. We're a small, scrappy team based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

What You’ll Do

• Help lead marketing strategy end-to-end
• Scale and optimize paid media (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Lead creative testing and messaging
• Track performance, set targets, and drive results

What We’re Looking For

• 1-4+ years in DTC growth or performance marketing
• Strong paid media and analytics experience
• Hands-on, data-driven, and execution-focused
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team

Compensation & Benefits

• $70-110k salary
• Eligible for annual cash bonus
