We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead the strategic growth and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of TikTok Shop accounts. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, driving GMV growth, optimizing shop performance, and developing customized strategies that align with each brand’s business objectives. Shop Management & Operations

• Oversee end-to-end TikTok Shop operations within Seller Center, including product listing optimization, pricing strategy, and promotional calendar management

• Manage inventory coordination, order fulfillment tracking, and customer service escalations

Brief Overview

The Sr. Field Services Technician is responsible for providing work direction to field technicians responsible for onsite installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance for a variety of end user and network devices at SHC locations across the San Francisco Bay Area. What you will do

• Monitor technician activity across SHC field locations, optimizing support and providing escalated technical assistance as required.
• Work with desktop and network engineering and network teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve recurring incidents in the field.

What you'll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supporting offices across the Columbus district including New Albany, Easton and Dublin
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
• State licensed in Ohio, obtained by your One Medical start date

The base salary range for this role is $133,800 - $142,140 Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location. • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained before your One Medical start date
