Little Wheel is a gambling technology company focused on researching and building products that put players first. We are currently hiring Website Testers across Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
This is a great opportunity to earn extra income on a flexible schedule while helping us test online casinos. No prior experience is required, and all training is provided.

Role Overview
As a Website Tester, you will:
- Participate in user experience testing on various online casino platforms.

Requirements
To be eligible, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Reside in one of the following states: Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia.
- Own a laptop or desktop computer.
- Be able to complete a short, paid online training and onboarding process.
No previous testing or gambling experience is needed. You will not be gambling with your own money, and there are no fees or out-of-pocket costs. All the interactions/game-play would be for testing purposes.

Valentines Austin is seeking a meticulous Website Merchandiser to drive the company’s goals, including new client acquisition and customer loyalty. Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Site Merchandiser will work cross-functionally to manage a robust product catalog with seasonal changes. The ideal candidate is a thorough and detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and an admiration of luxury apparel and accessories. Ultimately, this role is responsible for maintaining accuracy and aesthetic appeal of all products and collections on the website.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Publish products from Lightspeed Inventory Management System (IMS) to Shopify website:
- Drive conversion and sales by ensuring all products are showcased effectively and correctly on site
- Physically lay eyes on incoming merchandise to ensure all product information is uploaded correctly including material composition
- Work closely with Marketing Director and Buyers to access and reference digital order sheets, internal jewelry references in order to verify that all aspects of each product uploaded accurately
- Notify Marketing Director of any discrepancies in price, color, size, material, or shape of products before publishing
- Match images of products to SKUs in IMS
- Upload product information to IMS including adding keywords for SEO and enriching product data with the appropriate tags and attributes to ensure a great customer experience
- Find or write descriptions of products and designer collections
- Photograph products and edit product photos as needed
- Upload all product media to Shopify
Organize and manage online inventory:
- Maintain product listing consistency across all product types and collections including but not limited to product image size and color, product titles, size references, color swatches, variant views, etc.
- Input product sibling color codes or create image swatches for product styles with multiple colors
- Merch designer and category collections by inventory, newness, color, style, or matching sets
- Maintain the digital jewelry book to support product uploads and tracking photography needs
Execute seasonal sale price changes:
- Markdown designers, collections, or individual items as assigned by Marketing Director
Report on product performance metrics as needed
Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Meticulous level of attention to detail

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast growing and entrepreneurial organization, bringing innovation and growing adoption of Twitch. In particular he/she will:
• Drive the US vision, value proposition, programs, planning, and packaging solutions to grow our GTM approach and across all Amazon Ads video properties.
• Drive adoption of Twitch's advertising offerings, including business management in support of org goals around revenue, product adoption, advertiser maturity advancement, etc.
• Develop the US end-to-end strategy for positioning, pricing, packaging, and planning of Twitch's advertising offerings, alongside sales, product, sponsorships, strategy peers, and One Amazon.
• Aggregate VOC and partner with product teams to drive video solutions for customers and growth for Twitch; produce stack-ranked set of sales priorities, and influence requirements, roadmap decisions and trade-offs.
• Partner with Product, Sponsorships, & Ads Marketing on Video Sales and Marketing narratives.
• Customize the macro strategy to each sales vertical within the US Twitch Ads team.
• Contribute to the US Agency Upfront process for Amazon, as well as all similar annual processes as they relate to Video.
• Drive sales enablement of both current and new products & capabilities.
• Hire, develop and lead a team of GTM leads.

You start your morning reviewing revenue and ad product performance data — spotting a standout result from an initiative you launched a month ago that becomes your team's win story of the week. By mid-morning, you're in a cross-functional sync with the Twitch product teams, shaping the GTM narrative for an upcoming interactive ad format and pushing back on pricing that undervalues Twitch's endemic audience.
Upfront season means your afternoons are spent pressure-testing the Twitch pitch — crafting a story that leads with the hard-to-reach 18–34 audience Twitch uniquely owns, and positioning the platform as a distinct, premium offering alongside Amazon's broader video portfolio.
Between meetings, you're running a sales enablement session with the Account Executive team, walking through objection handling on brand safety and competitive positioning against other video properties. Later, your team surfaces a recurring theme from advertiser conversations: measurement gaps. You draft a product ask and add it to next week's roadmap review.
You close the day reviewing a draft from a GTM team member — adding feedback, making connections, and setting them up for success. The Upfront deck ships tomorrow. You're ready.
About the team
Twitch is one of the more unique publishers. Our team is the single-threaded leader on all Twitch ad products, countries, and ad customer segments. We are responsible for overall Twitch Ads business strategy to fuel long-term growth and innovation – working closely with all sales and product teams across Amazon Ads and building on the foundation already established by integrating Twitch into the broader Amazon Ads organization.- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Execution
- Own and drive the multi-year technology roadmap for RDPI Supply Chain, defining product vision and strategy for technology fulfillment automation services
- Partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize technology investments and balance short-term wins with long-term architectural goals
Program Delivery
- Lead development and implementation of five major strategic initiatives: Automated Demand Program Management System, Technology Fulfillment Digital Process Agents, Simple Integration Service, AI-driven chatbot expansion, and Cost & Asset Explorer
- Drive intelligent automation to monitor and coordinate customer ordering, procurement, build, and logistics processes across all demand streams
Technical Architecture & Innovation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement layered microservices architecture leveraging AWS cloud-native services, AI/ML capabilities, and Domain-Driven Design principles
- Champion adoption of advanced AI/ML technologies, including Agentic AI systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities
Stakeholder Management & Metrics
- Serve as primary technical liaison between RDPI Supply Chain leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders across global operations
- Define and track KPIs for delivery performance, order processing efficiency, inventory optimization, and cost management
