Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to create and manage design deliverables for our products—from concept through final file delivery—across a wide range of print projects. These design efforts will focus heavily on product packaging, merchandising displays, and general marketing strategies for our product lines.
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping brand strategy by contributing ideas and conducting research that incorporates consumer insights, look & feel, competitor differentiation, and marketing objectives. This role requires critical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple external departments to gather information, align priorities, and ensure project success.
Our packaging projects demand expertise in realistic photo manipulation, typography, layout, and occasional illustration. The ideal candidate is a master of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a portfolio that showcases an exceptional eye for composition, lighting, shadows, texture, and a strong ability to highlight products in ways that drive customer engagement. Role and Responsibilities
- Lead individual design projects from concept to completion, producing packaging, merchandising displays, POP materials, renderings, mock-ups, and occasional product design.
- Conceptualize and execute original packaging designs that are visually impactful, strategically aligned, and on-brand.
- Develop sub-brands and product lines, including tone, aesthetic, positioning, and execution of brand and packaging identity.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and other cross-functional teams to meet strategic and creative objectives.
- Present packaging concepts and pitch decks to internal teams and stakeholders across departments.
- Contribute to broader marketing efforts, including product positioning, strategy development, and ideation for new product offerings.
- Produce drafts, prototypes, and high-quality design solutions.
- Accept direction and constructive feedback gracefully, refining concepts and producing polished final deliverables.
- Participate in peer reviews, offering thoughtful and actionable feedback.
- Assist with art direction for photoshoots (photography skills are a plus).
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure design and messaging align with brand tone and strategy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate printing deliverables and specifications with third-party vendors.
- Demonstrate expert-level skills in Photoshop, including lighting, shading, texture, depth of field, and composition to enhance product appeal.

Job Summary
The Research Engineer II will support and lead semiconductor fabrication, advanced packaging, and heterogeneous integration activities within the IMS Cleanroom Facilities. This role involves hands-on process development, tool ownership, and research execution across TSV/TGV processing, electroplating, wafer thinning, planarization, CMP, and MEMS/sensor fabrication in a multi-user research environment.
The position supports collaborative research initiatives involving materials development, interconnect technologies, high-density integration, and system-level packaging solutions for next-generation electronic and sensor platforms.
Responsibilities
Support heterogeneous integration research through materials selection, interconnect process development, and multi-layer device integration.
Develop and optimize process flows for TSV/TGV fabrication, copper electroplating and RDL formation, wafer thinning (grinding), planarization and CMP, advanced packaging integration, and MEMS/sensor fabrication.
Design and execute experimental studies, analyze process data, and establish stable, documented baselines to ensure reproducibility and reliability.
Serve as technical owner for fabrication and packaging tools (e.g., DRIE/ICP systems, electroplating systems, grinding and CMP tools, and thin-film deposition systems)
Train and support academic and industry users on cleanroom processes and equipment.
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and coordinate maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with faculty, students, and industry partners on prototype development, sponsored research activities, and technical deliverables.
Required Qualifications
For Rank of Research Engineer II
- A master's degree in science, engineering or related area, and three (3) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of that degree, or
- A master's degree in science, engineering or related area, and five (5) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a bachelor's degree, or
- Doctoral degree
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in semiconductor fabrication and advanced packaging process development.
Hands-on expertise in several of the following areas: DRIE/ICP etching, thin-film deposition (ALD/PVD/CVD), electroplating, TSV/TGV processing, wafer thinning, planarization, CMP, or packaging assembly.
Experience with high-aspect-ratio via processing and copper fill optimization.
Background in heterogeneous integration or wafer-level packaging.
Experience in MEMS or sensor fabrication.
Prior experience in an academic cleanroom or semiconductor R&D environment.
Demonstrated ability to support research projects and contribute to technical documentation, reports, or publications.

Job Summary
Weekend Packaging Operators at City work as a team to ensure liquid production is safely and efficiently processed through our packaging production line. This individual will be responsible for weekend production duties on an assigned area of the packaging line; they are the owners of their machine centers, identifying potential risks and ensuring product flows smoothly throughout their area of the line. This role is a key part in achieving Citys objective of producing high quality products timely to ensure on-time delivery to our customers.
Shift Schedule - Saturdays and Sundays; all 3 shifts available
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the activities of their assigned area of the packaging line to ensure the product adheres to Citys safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Adheres to Good Manufacturing Principles to maintain safety of the work environment and quality of the product
- Ensures quality checks are completed on assigned machine center and product requirements
- Maintains appropriate levels of raw materials as needed to prevent downtime
- Reads work orders and uses computer workstations to ensure appropriate operator checklists
- Complies with all work and safety rules, including wearing of GMPs and personal protective equipment
- Participates in training as needed to ensure updated policies and procedures are understood and implemented
- Ability to work a flexible shift on Saturday and/or Sunday as needed to support production
- Weekend Packaging Machine Operators may volunteer for daily work Monday-Friday, if available
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, health standard, and sanitation as mandated by FDA regulations, Department of Agriculture and other regulatory agencies municipal, state and federal
- Records inventories metrics and other related line metrics to ensure appropriate shift schedule transition
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED certificate, required
- At least 2 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferred
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, preferred
- Proficiency using a computer to record and submit daily metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with a large team to achieve agreed upon metrics
