Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide the first contact for patients who call or come in to schedule an appointment or inquire about our services.
- Screen calls, identify better hearing candidates and facilitate excellent service by providing the information necessary to secure an appointment.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and conduct outbound retention calls to patients.

Job Summary
Weekend Packaging Operators at City work as a team to ensure liquid production is safely and efficiently processed through our packaging production line. Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the activities of their assigned area of the packaging line to ensure the product adheres to Citys safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Adheres to Good Manufacturing Principles to maintain safety of the work environment and quality of the product
- Ensures quality checks are completed on assigned machine center and product requirements
- Maintains appropriate levels of raw materials as needed to prevent downtime

Position Summary:
The Front Load Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a front-load refuse truck to service commercial customers. This includes the collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste, as well as the maintenance of recycling containers, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-load trucks to service commercial routes as assigned.
- Pick up and empty waste or recycling containers in accordance with the route schedule.
- Inspect truck daily to ensure proper equipment operation and complete required pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Ensure containers are returned to proper location with lids closed and surrounding area clean.
- Communicate with dispatch or route supervisors regarding any issues (blocked containers, unsafe conditions, etc.).
- Follow all company, local, state, and federal safety policies and regulations.
- Report mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the truck.
- Provide courteous and respectful customer service at all times.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B (Class A preferred)
- Clean driving record with the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Minimum of 1 year commercial driving experience preferred (waste industry a plus)
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
