Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing network, cloud, and systems architecture teams, preferably in healthcare.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments.
• Demonstrated history of assessing, testing, and implementing modern platform visibility solutions (DataDog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus / Grafana).
• Strong expertise in network architecture (SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, healthcare data exchange networks).

Middleware Engineer

Contract to hire

Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)– Newtown Square, PA

The candidate will be a team player in a technology organization responsible for Middleware Infrastructure environment. The organization consists of highly trained system engineers and administrators, whose responsibilities include sustaining, engineering and production support of our Middleware environments. At client, Middleware technologies include OpenShift, Kubernetes, containers, Kafka, Apigee, IBM ESB, IBM MQ, Java, Tomcat, Apache, IIS etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Middleware products/environments including new installations, upgrades, maintenance and tuning, monitoring and capacity planning.
• Provide system/technical expertise while managing application deployments and troubleshooting application and platform issues.
• Participate in 24x7 rotational On-Call production Middleware Infrastructure administration support for business-critical applications.
• Design, build and manage OpenShift clusters across Development, test and production environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Information Technology with equivalent experience.
• At least ten(10) years of experience of overall support of Middleware Technologies and Infrastructure.
• 5-7 + years’ experience in containerization and Orchestration (Kubernetes, docker Etc.)
• Experience with Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, namespaces, RBAC, networking)
• Assist in updating documented guidelines and procedures for the IT-Infrastructure unit and ensure that the documentation reflects any/all procedural changes.
• Perform system health checks of core infrastructure systems as needed.
• Integrate proactive monitoring, logging and alerting using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

You will need to be in the room when the technology roadmap needs to change. When a business pivot, a new regulation, or a technology shift forces a rethink mid-execution, you are the person who picks up the marker, walks to the whiteboard, and redraws the architecture in real time, credibly, for the CTO, and Principal Engineering leaders simultaneously.

Technical Depth (Hands-On Architecture)

• 15–20 years of experience spanning AI/data engineering and technical leadership with clear evidence of owning architecture at scale
• Deep hands-on experience deploying AI/ML/GenAI systems in production, in addition to advising on them
• Demonstrated executive presence: you have walked into a CTO or CDO review, redrawn the architecture based on new constraints, and left the room with alignment
• The ability to whiteboard fluently under pressure, synthesizing a team's in-flight work with a new business direction, making it rigorous enough for engineers and clear enough for executives, on the spot and without a rehearsal

• Define patterns for integration between camera and vision technologies, edge AI/ML solutions, device software, hybrid mobile applications, and enterprise or cloud-based platforms.
• Ensure solutions support online, offline, and hybrid deployment models common in industrial environments.
• Promote interoperability with internal systems and approved third-party technologies.

• Define secure-by-design and safety-aligned principles for camera and vision deployment, including data protection and access controls.
• Ensure alignment with applicable safety, quality, and industrial cybersecurity standards.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to assess risk, resilience, and compliance.

• Collaborate across product management, device and edge software, AI/ML, hardware engineering, manufacturing, service, and mobile application teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance related to camera and vision technologies.
• Serve as the technical voice for vision-based capabilities in strategic customer conversations and enterprise implementations when appropriate.

• This role does not have direct reports but is expected to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across multiple teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Vision, or a related technical field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience delivering camera- or vision-enabled systems, with experience deploying solutions in industrial or edge environments.
• Experience with connected, automated, or safety-critical systems preferred.

• Strong understanding of camera systems, optics, image processing, and computer vision architectures.
• Experience designing vision pipelines that balance performance, latency, accuracy, and environmental constraints.
• Ability to think systemically across cameras, sensors, edge platforms, AI/ML, mobile applications, and cloud services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, safety systems, or vision-based sensing is a plus.

Position Summary

• Leads the planning, implementation, maintenance, and security of all information technology systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Ensures the reliability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure across the organization while maintaining systems that support production environments requiring high uptime and operational efficiency.
• Requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable of managing IT infrastructure, budgets, and personnel while providing technical leadership when necessary.
• Ensure IT systems effectively support production, logistics, quality, and overall operational performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud platforms, storage solutions, and cybersecurity systems.
• Ensure high system availability and reliability for manufacturing operations and production equipment.
• Manage network performance, system monitoring, backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies.
• Support and maintain ERP systems, production technologies, and manufacturing systems integrated with plant operations.
• Administer data analytics and reporting platforms such as Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to support plant-floor technology and manufacturing systems.
• Ensure IT infrastructure supports production uptime, automation systems, robotics, and equipment connectivity.
• Provide support for warehouse management systems and logistics technologies as needed.
• Maintain compliance with cybersecurity and data security requirements applicable to automotive and manufacturing industries.
• Lead and develop IT team members through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to strengthen team capabilities and technical expertise.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Experience

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience supervising IT staff or technical teams.

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of:

• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar
• Server infrastructure and virtualization technologies
• Network administration and security
• Cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
• Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI or similar)
• ERP systems and manufacturing technologies

As a Special procedure technologist, you will be part of a team of Technologists, interventional radiologists and vascular surgeons performing advanced IR procedures in one of our 2 interventional labs and new Hybrid Operating Room setting.

Weekdays, Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts, participation in the department's on-call rotation

• Graduate of Accredited AMA Program with Certificate or Degree in Radiology.
• (ARRT) certification is required or (ARRT) IR certification is required. RCIS is also acceptable.
• BLS required upon hire or within 30-days of your date of hire. ACLS required within 60 days. These must be achieved through AHA or Red Cross.
• 3-6 Months of Special Procedures or similar Clinical Experience is required.
• Two Years (or more) Experience is Preferred.
