In this position, you set the strategic direction for our sales activities in the area, and you make sure we act in line with globally set targets, initiatives, and marketing plans. JOOLA is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to play a critical role in driving forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting scalable growth across our global business. Responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting & Analysis
- Develop and maintain SKU-subsidiary level demand forecasts in monthly increments, incorporating historical data, market trends, and subsidiary input.
- Validate forecasts with subsidiary leaders to ensure alignment with local market dynamics (e.g., regional promotions, cultural trends).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the sourcing team to translate demand plans into actionable production schedules and sourcing strategies.
- Work with the product development team on assortment planning, including phase-in/phase-out recommendations for SKUs.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience

- 4+ years in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles, preferably in multinational organizations.
- Experience in US and American markets, with knowledge of regional logistics, consumer behavior, and regulatory environments.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, Kinaxis) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced Excel skills (PowerQuery, pivot tables, macros) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

The Opportunity
In this position as a Territory Sales Representative covering the Portland Oregon region, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premier product lines with established as well as new customers. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
- High school education
- A minimum of 5 years production experience in the chemical industry
- Must have supervisory experience
- Must be willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); MS Access experience a plus

Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the manufacturing facility to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. This role leads the maintenance team in performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while minimizing equipment downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Summary
The EHS Compliance Specialist is a critical, high-visibility role responsible for the leadership, ownership, and continuous improvement of all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. This position ensures complete compliance with OSHA, TOSHA, EPA, and internal quality standards (ISO 14001, IATF 16949 requirements) to maintain a proactive, injury-free work environment. The Specialist serves as the primary EHS subject matter expert and driver of safety culture change within the manufacturing facility.
Major Accountabilities
EHS Leadership & Culture
- Owns and drives the site's EHS strategy, working collaboratively with the Plant Manager and Operations leadership.
- Creates and sustains a proactive, behavioral-based safety culture through employee engagement, recognition programs, and strong visible leadership on the plant floor.
- Leads the development, delivery, and documentation of all required safety and environmental training programs.
- Conducts thorough and root-cause-focused accident and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintains authority to shut down production or specific processes immediately due to imminent safety hazards.
Compliance & Management Systems
- Serves as the ISO 14001:2015 Site Representative, ensuring compliance, conducting internal audits, and driving continual improvement within the Environmental Management System.
- Manages and ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements (OSHA, TOSHA, EPA).
- Maintains and updates all official documentation, including OSHA Logs (300, 300A), training records, and environmental audit reports.
- Assists in the identification, analysis, control, and elimination of occupational and environmental hazards (e.g., LOTO, machine guarding, ergonomics, chemical handling).
Workers' Compensation & HR Collaboration
- Collaborates with the Human Resources Manager to administer the Workers' Compensation program, focusing on early intervention, return-to-work protocols, and minimizing recordable incidents.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of dedicated safety experience in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Expert knowledge of OSHA and TOSHA General Industry Standards is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality system requirements.
- Knowledge of any applicable customer-specific requirements.
- Core Competencies:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen, coach, and present complex information clearly to all levels of the organization.
- High degree of thoroughness and attention to detail; does not assume compliance.
- Proven relationship-building skills across departments (Operations, HR, Quality).

Operational Leadership:
- Design and execute warehouse workflows, optimize layout planning, and establish KPIs to meet performance targets and client SLAs.
- Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff. Oversee labor planning, shift scheduling, and staffing based on volume trends and business needs.
- Implement and refine SOPs to drive consistency, improve quality, reduce errors, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation, minimize shrinkage, and maintain product quality through robust QC processes.
- Supervise the receipt, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring all activities are completed safely and on time.
- Act as the point of contact for client operations teams. Address concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics, generate weekly/monthly performance reports, and develop actionable insights to improve efficiency.
- Uphold all safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion a culture of safety across the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in 3PL or warehouse operations, including team management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS/OMS) and operational KPIs
- Experience in process design, warehouse planning, and cost control
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into operational improvements
- Bilingual in Mandarin is REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with high-volume e-commerce fulfillment
- Background in both manual and automated warehouse environments

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our Corporate Engineering team in Roanoke, VA. This position will be responsible for providing technical support and engineering assistance to all TA facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assets Maintenance
- Perform periodic inspection and auditing of all TA facilities to review condition and propose any additional inspections, necessary repairs and/or upgrades of existing structures
- Keep track of any regulatory changes and building codes for all locations of TA operations project related work
- Provide Structural Engineering support to the Project Management team during design and construction phases of new installations
- Provide input to Project Managers regarding budget and time schedule preparation of major projects
- Supervise site and soil survey works to assist in the proper design and engineering of foundations
- Assist during the permitting and site development phases
- Ensure code compliance of all new buildings and installations and work with Project Managers to issue all necessary building and occupancy permits
- Assist in preparation of all necessary scopes of work for all foundation, concrete, steel, and structural works of major projects. Participate in the evaluation process for the selection of the proper design and construction firms
- Provide supervision during major and critical phases of a project related to Structural Engineering works
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Structural Engineering is required
- 3-5 years’ experience in Structural Engineering positions preferably in heavy industrial installations
- Knowledge of Project Management and CAD packages will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of structural design software packages will be considered a plus
- Professional license in any State will be considered a plus
