WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Office & Facilities Operations — Primary Ownership, Dallas HQ

• Lead day-to-day office management, ensuring all foundational aspects of the workplace are proactively maintained at a high standard
• Serve as primary point of contact — warmly welcoming visitors, candidates, employees, vendors, partners, and executives
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the office at all times; identify and resolve issues before escalation
• Proactively order, stock, and maintain office supplies, kitchen inventory, perks, and workspace needs
• Identify opportunities for workplace improvements and propose cost-effective solutions
• Manage seating charts, floor plans, parking assignments, and workspace logistics with real-time accuracy

Global Office Alignment

• Partner with local POCs in Houston, New York, and Kuala Lumpur to ensure a consistent workplace experience with thoughtful local nuance
• Share standards, processes, and best practices to maintain brand consistency and operational alignment
• Provide guidance and coordination support for global workplace initiatives

Culture & Engagement Execution

• Create and maintain birthday displays and recognition boards
• Manage standardized workflows for Life Events and personal milestones across all offices
• Plan and execute thoughtful celebrations (birthdays, parenthood gifts, work anniversaries, milestone events)
• Lead monthly onsite events aligned with company initiatives
• Partner with the Culture Committee and People Team to plan and execute quarterly and all-company events
• Support offsites and cross-office events with logistical precision
• Own swag sourcing, gifting, and first-week logistics for internal events, candidates, and employees
• Help track and manage culture and engagement budgets, flagging variances as needed

Administrative & Executive Support

• Elevate the onsite interview experience in partnership with Talent Acquisition — candidate materials, room setup, hospitality, and executive readiness
• Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, and logistics for candidate visits and employee travel
• Serve as POC for in-office and cross-office visits
• Support executive team travel logistics with discretion and attention to detail
• Manage DocuSign workflows — routing, completion, and archiving of documents
• Support Sales and Marketing with vendor relationships, conference shipments, ordering, tracking, and event logistics
• Assist with ad-hoc conferences and sponsorship events as liaison between Sales and Marketing

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3–6+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, executive support, hospitality, or People Operations

Role Overview

The Production Floor Manager owns the day-to-day execution of manufacturing operations on the production floor. This role is responsible for meeting daily and weekly production goals, ensuring adherence to SOPs and work instructions, maintaining a clean and organized floor, and supporting production teams through hands-on leadership, equipment troubleshooting, and close collaboration with Production Director, Operations, Engineering and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

Production Execution & Performance

• Lead daily production floor operations, ensuring work is executed according to plan and priorities.
• Own achievement of daily and weekly output targets (e.g., standard orders, batch completion, on-time delivery).
• Track and manage key production metrics such as:
• Units completed per day/week
• WIP levels by process step
• Throughput and cycle time
• Rework and defect trends
• Participate in and lead daily production huddles and weekly planning reviews.
• Ensure every technician has a work order and all parts are ready in advance of their scheduled shift. 
• Work closely with Operations Planning Coordinator to review forecasted plans and targets. 

Team Management

• Directly manage and support a production team of approximately 10-15 technicians (scaling over time).
• Provide clear daily direction, prioritize work, and rebalance resources as needed to meet goals.
• Coach technicians on standard work, quality expectations, and safe operating practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new production staff in partnership with Operations
• Review timecards for accuracy and completeness 

Standard Work, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality controls across all production activities.
• Enforce discipline around WIP management, including labeling, tracking, storage locations, and FIFO practices.
• Identify deviations from standard work and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready production floor (5S mindset).

Equipment & Troubleshooting Support

• Act as first-line support for equipment issues and production interruptions.
• Troubleshoot common equipment and process issues alongside technicians.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and coordinate with Process Engineering and Operations.
• Help minimize downtime and ensure fast recovery to standard operations.

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supervising or leading manufacturing operations (precision manufacturing, photonics, optics, electronics, or similar preferred).
• Strong understanding of production workflows, SOP-driven environments, and WIP control.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work directly on the floor.
• Experience supporting equipment troubleshooting and process adherence.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with engineering and operations.

Preferred Experience

Responsibilities

Hamilton Company is looking for a CNC Operator to work with our team. Under the direction of a supervisor and/or experienced machinist, they will perform various tasks associated with the manufacture of a multitude of machined parts to ensure a defect-free product. The CNC Operator will be responsible for quality parts produced on CNC machines such as but not limited to lathes and milling machines.

Swing shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am

Pay: $23 -$40 per hour

Other responsibilities may include:

* Loading parts, proving tapes, operating controls, setting offsets and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements

Position Overview

Leads quality control activities for precision-machined medical device components. Responsible for inspection planning, First Article and in-process inspections, nonconformance management, ISO compliance, ERP tracking, and mentoring quality staff across machining cells and shifts.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee inspection plans across machining cells
• Perform and review First Article Inspections and in-process inspections
• Lead nonconformance investigations, MRBs, and corrective actions
