  • Integrated Brand & Mission Execution: Ensure a unified, mission centered brand and narrative across all fundraising, marketing, partnerships, and external engagements in alignment with the Strategic Plan for all agency programs. 


  • Revenue Growth & Diversification: Develop and drive sustainable diversified multi-year revenue strategy that ensures sustainable growth across major gifts, institutional and government grants, corporate partnerships, and innovative funding models. 


  • Strategic Alliance Portfolio: Build and steward a high-impact portfolio of cross-sector partnerships that deliver both financial investment and programmatic scale.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Strategic Leadership & Partnership Development 

  • Executive Thought Partner: Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on external positioning, long-term alliances, and organizational visibility.

Advancement & Revenue Generation

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership in fundraising, external relations, business development, or partnerships, with at least 10 years in senior management.

  • Equity Leadership: Deep commitment to racial and gender equity; experience leading within mission-driven or social justice organizations strongly preferred.

Position Overview

The Volunteer Director (Part-Time) is responsible for building, expanding, and leading PRC’s volunteer strategy across multiple programs, including residential treatment sites, Healing Spaces volunteer activations, meal services, client engagement activities, corporate volunteer engagements, fundraising events, and administrative support.

A unit of the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts (IAC), WCP teaches over 6,000 students a year in first-year composition, business/technical communication, research writing, and learning support. Committed to excellent teaching and faculty professional development, WCP is the winner of the 2021 Regents Teaching Excellence Award and the 2021-22 CCCC Writing Program Certificate of Excellence.

Current Brittain Fellows have recently received their Ph.D.s from more than 25 universities. Qualifications

  • Program Leadership: Extensive experience program management, PMO leadership, governance, financial management, and large-scale delivery enablement.

The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible to Lead B2B and B2C Retail Marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance brand visibility, drive product performance, and ensure strategic execution at the point of sale.

POSITION SUMMARY:


The Program Manager, Retail Fixtures & Visual Merchandising is responsible for developing and planning of beauty cosmetic fixtures that align with our customer’s vision. This person will play a pivotal role in driving the development of exceptional beauty product displays that captivate consumers and enhance their beauty shopping experience. They will be the conduit to align both internal and external communication of the development process within the organization. This role will work with cosmetic brands to align planograms with merchandising requirements and analyzing new cosmetic products for fixture compatibility. This position is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for the design, development, and production of beauty cosmetic fixtures that reflect current beauty trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, engineering, samples, project management and manufacturing partners to innovate beauty fixtures that enhance product visibility and engagement. Work with those same departments to assist on flawless execution of developed projects.
  • Guide customers through the planogramming process. Navigate variations within the process based on customer requirements. Review incoming requests, determine merchandise requirements, and communicate necessary updates.
  • Monitor timelines and communicate both internally and to brands/clients to assure the project is setup for success upon execution phase. Provide weekly status updates to sales keying in on planograms, subscriptions, and artwork.
  • Ability to set up sample planograms for customer review via video call or in person. Present and communicate challenges and solutions effectively to customers to help guide and bring comfort to working with Vira Insight.
  • Knowledge in graphic die lines and other brand driven formats to execute on customer expectations.
  • Review incoming planograms to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with Analyst in the development, maintenance, and improvements of programs.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
