About This Role
CarMax is modernizing and scaling its technology platforms to support secure, reliable, and resilient digital experiences. As a Principal Engineer within the Solutions Delivery and Engineering organization, you will provide senior technical leadership across enterprise networking, cloud networking, and automation, with a specific focus on Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Network Access Control (NAC).

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of work experience required in Network, Cloud Network, Network Security, and other areas directly relevant to Network/Cloud/Automation responsibilities and tasks; multiple certifications preferred.

Technical Experience

- 7+ years of experience with enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless networks, with HPE Aruba and Fortinet experience preferred.

The Creative Studio Operations Manager is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of photo and video productions that support marketing, e-commerce, and brand initiatives. This role ensures productions are efficiently planned, properly resourced, and delivered on time by managing production logistics, timelines, and workflows.
The CS Ops Manager partners closely with the Digital Content Producer and Art Director to translate creative and marketing needs into clear production plans. While this role does not set creative direction, it supports these roles by managing production logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and workflow systems that enable efficient execution of photo and video content.
As product SKU count and creative deliverables continue to grow, this role provides centralized ownership of production coordination, scheduling, and logistics, enabling the creative team to focus on high-quality creative execution while ensuring efficient workflows and reliable delivery of assets.
A key responsibility of this role is developing and managing a centralized production tracking system (preferably in ) that supports milestone tracking, project visibility, and coordination across the creative team.

Responsibilities –
Production Planning & Scheduling:
Manage production schedules for all photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and product launches.
Maintain a centralized production calendar tracking shoots, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
Coordinate timelines across still and video projects to support efficient production planning and asset delivery.
Identify opportunities to streamline production by coordinating multiple asset needs within shoots and supporting efficient use of production resources.
Identify scheduling risks and communicate potential delays early, working with stakeholders to adjust plans when needed.
Pre-Production Coordination:
- Coordinate all pre-production logistics for shoots, including booking models, talent, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.
- Secure studios, locations, equipment rentals, and additional production resources as needed.
- Coordinate hair, makeup, wardrobe, and production assistants when required.
- Coordinate product sample management for shoots, including working with warehouse, sourcing, and internal teams to ensure required samples are available for production timelines.
- Track, organize, and prepare product samples for each shoot.
- Ensure product samples are prepared and shoot-ready, including coordinating product condition, packaging, and supporting materials needed for photography and video production.
- Prepare and distribute production documentation including call sheets and run-of-day schedules.

On-Set Production Support:
- Support day-of shoot operations by managing schedules, logistics, and vendor coordination.

Post-Production Workflow Management:

Production Systems & Workflow Management:
- Develop, manage, and maintain a production tracking system (preferably in ) used by the Digital Content Producer, Art Director, and their teams.
- Track milestones, owners, deadlines, and dependencies for all productions.
- Create and maintain standardized workflows, templates, and processes to support consistent project execution.
- Provide visibility into production status through dashboards and progress updates.

We are seeking a seasoned Studio & Equipment Operations Manager with experience in film and photo production environments to oversee daily operations for the Saniset Fleet Offices. The ideal candidate is willing to jump in where needed for last-minute equipment orders and has a proven track record in managing studio equipment and on-location productions, growing revenue, optimizing workflows, and working in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring equipment is prepared in time for rental pick-ups and inspections.

- Lead the rental functions for our Clean Tech IE Mobile Battery Units, EV Pass Vans, Chargers, and mobile battery equipment.

What's the role? We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Models team. In this role, you will manage a team of motivated ICs to build the next generation of Etsy's models platform, which in turn will enable your customer teams to improve the quality of search, ads, recommendations, and other ML applications for nearly 100M buyers and over 5M sellers. What's this team like at Etsy? The Machine Learning Enablement Initiative builds and maintains a complete ecosystem of ML systems including our feature & embeddings store, model training, serving, orchestration and testing infrastructure. The Models team is responsible for the model catalog, APIs, and serving infrastructure that runs our online models at high scale (millions of inferences per second). It is a small team historically focused on operations, but transitioning to play a more direct role in the application layer. The team is presently leading Etsy's migration from Tensorflow to Pytorch, building upon an innovative architecture designed in-house and based on KServe, NVIDIA Triton, Apache Arrow, and Ray. We are using this opportunity to fill in historical gaps in automation, integration, and standardization across the ML platform. What does the day-to-day look like? Meet with customers to understand their latest use cases. Work with your team and partners to translate those use cases into concrete requirements. Offer an informed point of view on engineering, system design, and machine learning considerations. Keep track of ongoing issues (stability, performance, cost) with models on the platform, and identify short-term fixes and long-term platform improvements. Maintain a product roadmap, lead agile processes and plan workstreams for a team of 4 ICs. Occasionally lead multi-functional \"tiger teams\" for dedicated projects. Coach your ICs and support their career development trajectories.
