Overview
Pyramid Systems is seeking an Cloud Logging Engineer (Splunk & AWS) who is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security.
Responsibilities
- Advise on cost efficiency for future usage and cost optimization for current infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Splunk certification required***
- Candidate background eligibility requirements are United States citizen or be a Permanent Resident and have lived in the United States for at least 3 years, clean criminal background and able to obtain a Public Trust (High-Risk) Position.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline OR AWS/Azure Certification (AWS Professional / Specialty Cert. OR Azure Expert / Advanced Cert.) OR 4 years of relevant experience in one of the VAECOT suite of tools (Science Logic, Dynatrace, Turbot, AppDynamics)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading technical teams to achieve objectives and outcomes.
Minimum of six (6) years setting up, configuring, and using AWS cloud operational tools to ensure service level agreements and performance targets are met, and continued compliance with policies, standards and guidelines.
Minimum of three (3) years specific to monitoring Centralized Logging Solution (CLS)/Splunk
Subject matter expertise with ALL VAEC Cloud Service Providers which currently includes Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience with programming with Splunk language (SPL) or equivalent (e.g., Python, Powershell, AWS or Azure CLI).
One or more of these Splunk certifications: Splunk Core Certified Power User, Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User, Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin, Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect, Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin, Splunk IT Service Intelligence Certified Admin.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
Required Experience
- 5+ years of cloud cybersecurity experience in a large enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of major cloud platforms and their core services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
Required Technical Skills
- Familiarity with cloud security principles including networking, IAM, data protection, infrastructure security, and logging/monitoring
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Working knowledge of Python
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity risks in architectural designs and the ability to recommend effective mitigating controls
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools (e.g., Orca)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience in security architecture and designing secure systems capable of withstanding cyber threats

Position Overview
The Client is seeking a qualified Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator (Cloud Administrator) to provide onsite administration and support of the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This role is responsible for security configuration, integrations, custom report development, workflow configuration, and ensuring the overall security, performance, and availability of the Oracle Fusion suite.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, collaborative communication skills, and hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, test, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion applications
- Administer Oracle security configuration, including user roles, data access, and security policies

Tier4Group is seeking a proactive, hands-on Network Engineer who will actively drive, own, and close technical tickets while serving as a key technical bridge between the Senior Network Engineer and Tier 1 NOC team.
This is a true “middle-ground” engineer role — ideal for someone operating at a Tier 3 support level with approximately 3+ years of networking experience and working exposure to cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure). The ideal candidate is technically strong, operationally driven, and comfortable working in multi-tenant environments.

What You’ll Do
Network Operations & Support
- Monitor network availability, performance, and reliability across environments.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure maximum uptime.
- Take ownership of escalated tickets and actively drive them to closure.
- Serve as the escalation point between Tier 1 NOC and Senior Network Engineering.
