Position Purpose:
In this Product Manager role of Power and Thermal Product Management, you will be responsible for the success, vision, and strategy of the product(s) as well as understanding user needs, setting the roadmap, and working w/ engineering. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of these products category to insure integrity and consistency in robust and resilient adoption. He/she will serve as the internal and external champion for the North America region within the Sales, Applications, Solutions, and Channel frameworks – Evangelizing the product, analyze & specify market needs, understanding industry problems, finding innovative solutions and establishing Go-To-Market plans for the product and the local organization.As the product owner, this role will require a high level of commercial judgement to achieve desired business outcomes. - 5pm JOB SUMMARY: This role will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the organization’s technology infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for identity and access management.
You will leverage your expertise in the Microsoft stack, Angular, and/or React to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with broader enterprise goals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsibilities: Develop and implement solutions to support the organization’s identity and access technology based on Azure B2C and proprietary policy service.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that identity and access requirements are incorporated into the design and architecture of software programs.
Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks, tools, and processes to validate the functionality and security of identity and access solutions.
Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of identity and access management efforts and drive continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices, and incorporate relevant advancements into identity and access management processes.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product management, to ensure alignment on identity and access goals and objectives.
Address typical enterprise concerns such as cloud architecture, on-prem integrations, and security best practices.

* QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in computer scient or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years’ experience in identity and access management, software development, or related fields, with a proven track record of success in a technical role.
• Minimum one year experience with front-end development frameworks such as Angular and/or React.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with cloud architecture concepts and on-prem integrations, with a strong lean toward Azure.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer associate are a preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, practices, and tools, including Azure B2C, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• In-depth knowledge of security best practices, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Strong development skills with Angular and/or React.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectivity present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft stack technologies • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Job Description Data Security & Access Governance Define and maintain the enterprise data security governance framework, including policies, standards, and control requirements.
Own data classification, labeling, retention, and protection standards across structured and unstructured data.
Ensure consistent application of governance controls across cloud, on‑prem, and SaaS platforms.
Risk, Compliance & Privacy Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX, HIPAA where applicable).
Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Risk teams on data protection assessments and audits.
Identify data security risks and drive mitigation plans with clear ownership and timelines.
Operating Model & Execution Build and run a scalable governance operating model, including intake, exception handling, and enforcement.
Develop metrics and reporting to measure data security posture, control effectiveness, and compliance status.
Lead incident governance support for data‑related security events.
Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of accountability for data security governance across the enterprise.
Influence senior leaders and application owners to adopt secure-by-design data practices.
Provide guidance, training, and awareness on data security requirements.

Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
