High Growth AI Firm - Account Manager
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (on-site)
Salary: 150-250k
Profile: 2–8 years in account management, startup ops, or revenue-facing roles
Overview:
Our client is looking for someone with a keen interest in advising a portfolio of businesses and agency owners on growth strategy, optimizing their operations, and directly impacting revenue generation across the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with top clients and act as a strategic advisor on performance and growth
- Identify bottlenecks across onboarding, execution, and retention, then build systems to fix them
- Run experiments (incentives, workflows, automations) to improve marketplace liquidity
- Work cross-functionally with product and ops to translate insights into platform improvements
