The Capital Expenditures Administrator helps administer the full life cycle of construction projects in various stages for the company's Commercial Real Estate projects.


This position will work with Development, Tenant Coordination, Building Improvements, Property Management, Investments, Accounting, and Legal to ensure that capital expenditures are processed judiciously, timely, and in a manner consistent with company policy.


This position reports to the Senior Development Manager for A&B Properties Hawaii, LLC.

The actual base pay offered to a candidate will depend on factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, education, and experience. ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. This position will be the primary contact to coordinate, review and process all contracts, change orders, invoices, and project closeout documents, on behalf of project managers as it relates to capital expenditure administration.Β 
  2. Prepares and oversees execution of design and construction agreements and associated approval documents, including review of proposals, contract forms, COI, W9, and coordinating review by the Legal and Risk Management departments.
  3. Reviews and processes construction related invoices and change orders, and requests, reviews and verifies close-out documentation on each project prior to release of final retention payment and Tenant Allowance.
  4. Incorporates the use of project Management software (YARDI) to efficiently process and review all contract documents, and responsible for maintenance of all project files and electronic records of project related documents.
  5. Provides secretarial services and related administrative duties for the Senior Vice President of Development.
  6. Responsible for other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat required. Knowledge of YARDI, DocuSign, and BOX is a plus.
  • Minimum of an associate degree and 3+ years of experience in an administrative role in real estate, construction, or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Β 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills.
  • Able to read and interpret a contract.Β 
  • Has experience with accounting and is open to learning job cost accounting.Β

Job Summary

To provide instructional, recruiting and organizational expertise for the Men's Basketball program at Georgia Tech, supporting the Head Coach in building an environment that inspires and empowers student-athletes to be champions in academics, competition, and life.



Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Coach in evaluating individual and team strengths and developing strategies for skill improvement.
  • Support the Head Coach with all games, scrimmages, and practices.
  • Support the Head Coach in providing appropriate discipline for student-athletes for violations of team rules or Georgia Tech and Association regulations, or conduct impacting upon team matters, team policies or the reputation of Georgia Tech and the Association.
  • Assist the Head Coach and support staff in planning and supervising programs for player training, conditioning, and drug education and testing.
  • Assist the Head Coach in recommending students for athletic grant-in-aid scholarships from Georgia Tech.
  • Assist the Head Coach with the recruitment of student-athletes for the Men's Basketball program.
  • Direct Men's Basketball program student-athletes to the appropriate resources for assistance regarding financial aid, academic advisement, and general student needs provided by Georgia Tech or the Association.
  • Assist the Head Coach and support staff with providing appropriate program safety requirements.
  • Promote an atmosphere of compliance within the Men's Basketball program, Cooperate with the Association compliance office regarding NCAA rules and policies, including reporting requirements. Make a determined effort to utilize available compliance resources.
  • Support the Head Coach and Association administration in monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes to facilitate pursuit of a baccalaureate degree.
  • Participate in public relations and promotions for the Men's Basketball program as assigned, and support the Communications and Public Relations department in the preparation of Men's Basketball program materials and resources.
  • Partner with The Alexander-Tharpe Fund as needed in fundraising efforts to support the Men's Basketball program, Georgia Tech, and the Association, including encouraging contributions.
  • Assist the Head Coach in overseeing the preparation and update of the equipment inventory for the Men's Basketball program in partnership with the equipment manager.
  • Assist the Head Coach with expending operational resources budgeted to the Men's Basketball program in a manner consistent with Georgia Tech and Association policies.
  • Represent Georgia Tech the Association as requested with efforts and initiatives involving Georgia Tech partners, including the Alexander-Tharpe Fund and Alumni Association, and with intercollegiate athletics organizations such as the NCAA and ACC.
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with key internal and external constituents.

About the Clinician's Workday

The anesthesiologist will deliver comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and participate in call coverage including 24-hour shifts and continuous weekend call coverage. The position requires board certification and operates within a medically directed supervision model where CRNAs develop independent anesthetic plans without requiring physician co-signatures. Monthly responsibilities include managing six 24-hour call shifts with one 72-hour weekend call period and potentially two additional weekday day shifts. The clinician will utilize Medaxion EMR for documentation and coordinate care across five anesthetizing locations with a team of four anesthesiologists and three CRNAs.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer procedural sedation giving the appropriate medication, dose, route, and time. This task includes appropriate documentation, monitoring, and administration/use of reversal agents.

- Operates physiological monitoring equipment and be able to recognize normal and abnormal rhythms, cardiac ischemia, injury, infarction patterns and pressure waveforms. Set up and calibrate pressure transducer, properly identify, label, and interpret intracardiac and vascular pressure waveforms.

- Function and operate radiologic equipment to include image intensifier, x-ray tube, C-arm manipulation, panning table, positioning patient, digital subtraction angiography and fluoroscopic imaging in various magnification modes.

- Set-up for venous and arterial procedures, use balloon tipped/flow directional catheters

- Operate contrast pressure injectors to include selection of the rate of rise/fall, injection rate, total volume, psi, and other parameters.

- Set-up, operate, and interpret results of intravascular/cardiac ultrasound, and fractional flow reserve.

- Set-up, function, and use of devices related to foreign body retrieval, angiojet, intra-aortic balloon pump, coil embolization, temporary pacemaker.

- Initiate hemostasis methods and support devices (mechanical closure or hemostasis accelerators)

- Drape for vascular access studies

- Prepare specimens for processing

- Serve on the β€œOn-call team” for urgent cardiac catheterization (invasive) procedures 24/7 STEMI team and the Interventional radiology 24/7 team

Adults 18+ with focus on geriatric and palliative needs, including chronic condition management and nurse-led procedures. Community Internal Medicine, Palliative and Geriatrics (GIM-GP) cares for patients age 18 and older. LPNs in Community Internal Medicine play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care for adult/geriatric patients. The LPN is responsible for after-visit care for provider appointments and managing nurse visits through the LPN calendar including; administering immunizations and medications, performing ear lavage, post-void residuals, intermittent and indwelling catheter care, wound care and removing sutures or staples, reinforcing patient education. Partner with providers, RNs, and allied health staff to deliver patient-centered care
Provide age-specific services, from newborn and pediatric rooming to adult and geriatric aftercare
Administer vaccines, medications, and treatments (injections, ear lavages, nebulizers, wound care, catheter care, suture/staple removal, vision/hearing screenings, fluoride varnish, etc.)
Manage patient communications via phone, online messages, and telehealth
Support preventative care and chronic condition management, reinforcing patient education
Independently manage nurse calendars, ensuring timely, accurate patient care
Contribute to quality initiatives by closing care gaps and improving outcomes

Graduate of a school of practical nursing or passed LPN Boards after a defined period in a professional nursing program (e.g., some states allow RN students to take the LPN board exam after completing one to two years in the RN program).Β 
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing preferred.Β 
If graduation did not occur within the last two years, one year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting is required.
One year LPN experience within the last five years preferred.Β 
Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.Β 
Current LPN license by applicable state requirements.Β 
Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs: Additional specialty certification/training as required by the work area.Β

Will be expected to float to other Primary Care sites as needed. Includes but not limited to Rochester and Kasson and to cross cover for non-visit care as directed by patient care needs, which may include virtual support.
