40+ hours a week guaranteed, locations to vary, however the same days off will be pretty consistent. Most of the shifts you work will be over night grave shifts , some of them will be swing and occasionally we will ask you to work days. We do our best to give you a consistent schedule and as we grow other opportunities may become available.
1st Year Hourly Pay: $30.00 + $1.00/hour (uniform maintenance) = $31.00/hr
2nd year Hourly Pay or when you make supervisor, whichever is first: $32.00 + $1.00/hour (uniform maintenance) = $33.00/hr
Vacation Time: 24 hours the 1st year (based on working 40 hours/week) then an additional 8 hours added every year thereafter (2nd year 32 hrs, 3rd year 40 hrs, 4th year 48 hrs, etc.)
Annual Bonus: We pay $100 for the 1st year anniversary and an additional $100 for every year thereafter. (2nd year $200, 3rd year $300, etc)

Job Description: Our Flex Officers are trained to work at every job site within SGT. This includes working mobile vehicle patrol. We depend on our Flex Officers to work a job site whenever there is a call off or a fire watch. Typical job site locations would be; San Francisco, Berkeley, Redwood City, Fremont, San Jose, Mountain View, etc.
The mobile vehicle patrol aspect of this job will have you driving all of the Bay Area in a marked security vehicle (picked up in Newark CA), which is usually a black Ford Explorer with light bar and spotlights. Officers visit many different properties throughout each night. Typical mobile patrol duties are to look for anything unusual, enforce parking rules, scan checkpoints, write detailed reports w/pictures, and respond to calls for service like an alarm or noise complaint.
Summary: Essentially we depend on our Flex Officers for just about everything. We are still a startup company so you must be "ALL IN" on this opportunity, which simply means you are dedicated to do whatever is needed to take care of our clients. Normally we work 8 hour shift, however sometimes this means working 12 hour shifts and working extra days to help cover open shifts. However, our goal is for everyone to be able to make great money and not have to work overtime on a regular basis.
Once a Flex Officer has been shown to be proficient at all SGT job locations, that officer may be promoted to Supervisor and a $2/hour increase in pay. Supervisors are then groomed to become managers.
Job Duties Including But Not Limited To:
- Drive from property to property in a marked security vehicle.
- Post check security officers for well being and uniform inspections.
- Train security officers on post orders and standard operating procedures.
- Work post sites when officers are late or call off.
- Answer phones and dispatch the officers in the field for service calls.
- Respond to service calls.
- Walk around the property checking areas of interest from Client.
- Conduct patrol tours of using a checkpoint scanning system with smartphone.
- Identify potential security risks and report them.
- Complete incident reports and required reports for all security incidents using a smartphone.
- Respond to emergencies or incidents and report them.
- Assist employees and visitors with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Escalate emergency situations to law enforcement as needed.

Position Summary
The General Superintendent at Javelin Operations is responsible for the end-to-end leadership and execution of field operations across mechanical and process system projects, including mechanical flushing, chemical treatment, passivation, and hydronic piping systems.
This role provides full lifecycle project leadership, from pre-mobilization planning through field execution and project closeout. The General Superintendent ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Summary
Provides comprehensive coordination of all services and systems to provide an organized and efficient multi-disciplinary team approach for the care of patients within the SCT Program undergoing autologous or allogeneic stem cell transplant and Immune effector cell (IEC) therapy. This position facilitates an organized and comprehensive approach to the management of patients undergoing cellular therapy and transplant across settings of care and the trajectory of illness. Participates in the development and implementation of clinical programs and procedures and participates in the Program's performance improvement and quality programs to promote positive outcomes. Serves as a clinical and educational consultant to the nursing staff, medical staff, management, other members of the health care team and external vendors regarding the management of SCT patients.
Job Duties
- In collaboration with primary team, develops timeline for transplant/IEC therapy, based upon patient status, donor availability, TBI and program schedule; Ensures appropriate recipient pre-transplant/IEC evaluations including testing are completed in accordance with Program SOP’s and in the appropriate timeframe to meet timeline.
- As appropriate based upon assigned population, collaborate with primary team to identify potential related donors and/or unrelated donors via National Marrow Donor Program donor registry. Communicate status of available donors to primary care team on an ongoing basis; As appropriate based upon assigned population, collaborate with donor team or NMDP to ensure donor eligibility/suitability evaluations are completed in accordance with Program SOP’s/NMDP policies and within appropriate timeline.
- As appropriate to assigned population, coordinate with insurer, pharmacy vendors and/or LVHN pharmacy to ensure mobilization medications are available within desired timeframe and collaborate with Program’s Financial Coordinators and hospital finance to ensure all required approvals are obtained for cell therapy procedure and donor search as appropriate.
- Communicate with the patient/donor to ensure understanding of the SCT process including: appointments, testing and procedures, consents, and additional documents as needed.
- Collaborate with the primary team, donor team, inpatient and outpatient medical care teams, and other services (apheresis, radiology, radiation therapy, cell therapy laboratory, red cross, other external collaborators, etc) to coordinate and schedule mobilization, collection, admission, and infusion.
- Assess patient/donor/family physiologic, psychosocial, and financial needs. Based upon assessment, make recommendations to social work, financial planning, etc.
- Educate patients, families, and donors to assist understanding of the disease, processes and procedures related to mobilization, collection and infusion of cellular therapy products.
- Communicate pre-transplant/infusion status of SCT recipients/donors at the weekly SCT meetings
- Identify patients potentially eligible for clinical trials and notify research teams as appropriate.
- Participate collaboratively with SCT QI Program to evaluate the Program for efficiency, safety and effectiveness to increase patient outcomes

The Certified Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nursing per diem/PRN position for EmVenio. An EmVenio CMRN is responsible for setting appointments within the required visitation window to complete mobile visits for study participants. Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
The Desktop Support Analyst provides advanced technical support to end users across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops, and enterprise applications.
This role serves as the escalation point for Level 1 support and is responsible for resolving complex technical issues in both physical desktop and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
The technician works closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to diagnose and resolve incidents while delivering excellent customer service to business users within a regulated financial services environment.
End User Support
- Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support users accessing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments including troubleshooting login issues, session performance problems, profile issues, and application access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues escalated from Level 1 support.
- Support Microsoft Windows environments across both physical endpoints and virtual desktops.
- Assist users with enterprise productivity applications and internal business systems.
- Provide support for conference room technology, printers, and collaboration platforms.
VDI & Remote Workspace Support
- Provide technical support for VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- VDI session connectivity
- Authentication and access issues
- Profile loading or roaming profile errors
- Performance and latency problems
- Application delivery within virtual environments
- Assist with testing and validating VDI updates, patches, and environment changes.
- Work with infrastructure and virtualization teams to escalate and resolve backend VDI platform issues.
Device & Endpoint Management
- Configure, deploy, and maintain corporate workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage devices using enterprise endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or similar).
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patching in accordance with IT standards.
- Maintain hardware inventory and asset records and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
- Support endpoint connectivity to VDI platforms and remote access solutions.
Incident & Service Request Management
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents related to desktop systems, VDI sessions, applications, and connectivity.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ServiceNow.
- Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) and service quality targets.
- Escalate issues to infrastructure, virtualization, or engineering teams when necessary.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure endpoints and virtual desktop sessions comply with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, encryption, and access controls.
- Assist with remediation of endpoint or VDI-related security incidents.
- Maintain awareness of security and compliance standards common in financial services environments.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with network, infrastructure, virtualization, cybersecurity, and application teams to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in technology rollouts, system upgrades, and office moves.

Supports dentists and hygienists in teaching and patient care in both community-based settings as well as the dental clinic. The primary patient populations being served are developmentally disabled, physically disabled, sensory impaired, pediatric, and other vulnerable populations requiring advanced care. Assists dentists and hygienists in teaching best practices of patient care- especially for vulnerable populations in community and clinic settings. Prepares work areas, equipment, instruments, and supplies needed for patient care. Is responsible for maintaining equipment and instruments as well as their proper disinfection, transportation practices, sterilization, and storage. Helps to assure authorization and consent to treat is appropriate and updated medical histories are provided. Helps to ensure record keeping is timely, complete, and appropriate follow-up care is arranged. Collects program and/or billing data as needed for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
* Graduated from an accredited Dental Assisting School with Radiology Certification
* A minimum of 10 years of dental assisting experience-preferably serving vulnerable populations.
* Experienced in operating and maintaining dental equipment, notably portable dental units, mobile dental equipment, and portable radiographic equipment.
* Documented experience in complex dental delivery settings
* Experienced in interprofessional communication and the provision of interdisciplinary whole person health care.
* Experience with various electronic healthcare record (EHR) systems, medical and dental record keeping practices. Experienced in applying HIPAA, FERPA, and Infection Control standards in both clinical and community-based settings
* Experience in the social services field and is anticipated to serve as a liaison between the School of Dentistry and the community rotation sites preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Strong interpersonal/human relations skills- including active listening, empathy, and non-verbal communication skills.
* Leadership ability and organization skills to manage multiple tasks within time constraints and with the appropriate degree of urgency.
* Attention to detail and anticipatory judgement regarding patient safety, comfort, and follow-up.
* Ability to set-up, trouble shoot, maintain, and tear down portable/mobile dental equipment.
* Ability to apply fluoride varnish, successfully secure diagnostic radiographs, and provide post-operative or oral hygiene instructions in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner.
* Demonstrated competency in the use of Word, Excel, and MS Office.
* Ability to utilize multiple dental software systems for record keeping, billing, and reporting needs.
* Ability to maintain dental equipment and supply inventories within budget and according to utilization and scope of services.
* Application and adaptation of infection control and asepsis standards across multiple delivery environments including, but not limited to; break down, decontamination, packaging, sterilization, chemical/biological monitoring, logging, tracking, transportation and storage of instrumentation, armamentarium, and PPE.
* Knowledge of dental emergency response and medical emergency kits.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team at multiple locations. Must have reliable means for transportation to commute to multiple sites.
* Assist dental students and faculty working with vulnerable populations to include taking radiographs, suctioning, passing instruments and material. Lift, push, pull up to 25lbs of mobile dental equipment and transport of patients with assistive devices.
* Capacity to work independently, efficiently and maintain organization.
* Proficiency in electronic health records for documentation of patient records, excel database and must be comfortable using telehealth as a service delivery method.
Summary
The Certified Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nursing per diem/PRN position for EmVenio. An EmVenio CMRN is responsible for setting appointments within the required visitation window to complete mobile visits for study participants. You'll work cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documentation.
We are looking for CMRNs to visit an Pediatric population who can perform the following skills during a mobile visit:
- Physical Assessment
- Phlebotomy (Must be confident with ages 0-17)
- Subjects are positive for COVID-19
- Collection of COVID-19 symptoms
- Visits must be completed within 24hrs upon receiving request
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)
- One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
- Must have and maintain a current, unrestricted license as a RN in the state(s) of practice
- Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting
- Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must have and maintain a current CPR certification
- Must have and maintain a current TB Test
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Licensed driver with good driving record and automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair
- An ability to speak other languages
