Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively communicate with department heads to deeply understand talent needs. Lead the development of accurate candidate personas and compelling job descriptions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

2. Manage and optimize existing recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals). Proactively explore and develop new, efficient talent pipelines to help enhance the company's employer brand image in the talent market.

3. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter tools) to identify active and passive candidates. Demonstrate excellent resume screening and phone interviewing skills to ensure the recommendation of high-quality, well-matched candidates to hiring teams.

4. Professionally coordinate and schedule all rounds of interviews. Throughout the recruitment process, provide candidates with a smooth, transparent, and positive communication experience, showcasing the company's professionalism.

5. Fully manage the process from offer issuance to onboarding procedures. Proactively follow up on new employee probation periods, collaborate with department managers to ensure smooth integration, and help improve employee retention rates.

6. Regularly track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, channel effectiveness, offer acceptance rate). Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize recruitment strategies and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum of 3 years of full-time recruitment experience. In-house/corporate recruitment experience is preferred.

2. Stability & Professionalism: Stable career history with an average tenure of over 1 years per company. Possess a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics.

3. Core Competencies:

(1)    Business Acumen: Ability to quickly understand business goals and the core requirements of different positions.

(2)    Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, adept at collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Location: This role will be onsite ~14–21 hours a week in our Austin, TX office. This will be a Spring internship.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to help assist our Creative team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about branding, digital content, and visual storytelling and who wants hands-on experience working inside a fast-growing CPG brand.

You’ll support the Creative team across social, retail, product launches, digital campaigns, and internal initiatives. This internship offers real-world design experience and the opportunity to contribute to work that reaches millions across retail, e-commerce, and social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing social media graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Support the creation of digital assets for email marketing, website, and e-commerce listings
• Help design retail support materials, including in-store displays, POS materials, and event signage
• Assist with product launch creative including, mood boards, campaign mockups, and concept execution
• Resize and adapt creative assets across multiple platforms and formats
• Support sales presentations with deck creation, graphs, and mock ups
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorms and creative planning sessions

Ideal Attributes:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects is a plus)
• Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency
• Passion for wellness, beauty, or CPG brands
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Publishing:
• Concept, create, and publish bold, scroll-stopping content across all social platforms that reflects Bloom’s brand voice and aesthetic.
• Design and edit posts, stories, and short-form videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Comfortable on camera and confident speaking directly to the audience to bring the brand to life.
• Support and amplify founder-led content, ensuring their voice, vision, and presence are seamlessly integrated across social.

• Content Innovation:
• Develop creative, trend-driven video concepts (e.g., TikTok trends, Reels) that showcase Bloom’s personality and connect authentically with our community.
• Partner with the creative and brand marketing teams to bring product launches, campaigns, and promotions to life through original social content.

• Social Media Strategy:
• Support the execution of Bloom’s social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring content aligns with brand goals and audience insights.

• Trend Monitoring:
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates, and proactively recommend innovative ideas to keep Bloom ahead of the curve.

• Community Engagement:
• Actively manage and grow Bloom’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand, and professional manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within the health, wellness, or lifestyle space.
• Proven ability to create and manage high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with a knack for capturing a distinct brand voice.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and an understanding of how to leverage data to inform strategy.
• A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, trends, and visual aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate and distribution center roles, from intake through offer and onboarding

• Experience recruiting within retail, apparel, footwear, consumer goods, or similar industries
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and guide them through the recruiting process
• Experience working with an ATS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards
• Skilled at candidate screening, interviewing, and pipeline management
• Strong coordination skills with experience scheduling complex interview processes
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high level of organization and responsiveness
• Experience with offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
