The Opportunity

As a dedicated Senior Property Adjuster, you will work within defined guidelines and framework, investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle complex property insurance claims presented by or against our members. You will confirm/analyze coverage, recognize liability exposure and negotiate equitable settlement in compliance with all state regulatory requirements. The Inside Senior Property Adjuster role is a telephone concentrated environment without physical inspection of loss. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available. Training will be approximately 12 weeks, Monday โ€“ Friday and hours may vary by location. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to anย eight-hour work shiftย ranging between 8:00 am โ€“ 5:30 pm (local time) Monday to Friday with availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of claims with moderate complexity damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage.

  • Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate moderate complexity claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.

  • Investigates claim damages by conducting research from various sources, including the insured, third parties, and external resources. May identify and resolve potential discrepancies and identifies subrogation potential resulting from unusual characteristics.

  • Identifies coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determines and creates Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, when appropriate. Determines coverage through analyzing investigation information involving moderate complexity policy terms and contingencies.

  • Determines and negotiates moderate complexity claims settlement. Develops recommendations and collaborates with management for determining settlement amounts outside of authority limits and accurately manages claims outcomes.

  • Maintains accurate, thorough, and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process.

  • Applies proficient knowledge of estimating technology platforms and virtual inspection tools; Utilizes platforms and tools to prepare claims estimates to manage moderate complexity property insurance claims.

  • Applies working knowledge of industry standards of inspection, damage mitigation and restoration techniques.

  • Serves as an informal resource for team members.

  • Recognizes and addresses jurisdictional challenges such as applicable legislation and construction considerations.

Your role and responsibilities

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Solution Architect to join our team. This is a key role playing an integral part in our growing Oracle ERP practice. This is a fullโ€‘time position that can sit anywhere in the United States. Must be willing to travel to support clients onsite as needed.


The ideal candidate will have operated in a senior Architect capacity previously, is someone who can anticipate needs and take action to drive deliverables for continued project success. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably with experience in Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, or related products.
  • Experience working in a hybrid IT environment that includes a mix of traditional and modern technology stacks.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics with precision and clarity.
  • Ability to accurately categorize and effectively communicate requirements.
  • Experience working directly with business-facing groups outside of development is a plus.
  • Experience working within an Agile team is a plus.
  • Extensive experience documenting development requirements, process flows, and testing requirements, as well as coordinating code reviews and documentation sign-offs.
  • Ability to create strong presentations and roadmaps, and collaborate effectively with senior technology leaders.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team player.


The pay range for this position is $150,000-$185,000/yr USD.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, ML Engineer, Data Scientist) with proven success delivering complex AI or ML solutions.
  • Track record leading enterprise-scale technical implementations, spanning modern Generative AI or traditional machine learning systems, across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Experienced navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments, balancing competing priorities, and driving deployments to completion.
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of translating complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in data manipulation, rapid prototyping, and analysis using tools such as Python, Pandas, and SQL.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional mindset โ€” skilled at balancing trade-offs and working effectively across teams to achieve outcomes.
