The Operational Excellence Specialist is a strategic and results-oriented individual responsible for helping create significant and sustainable improvements across all aspects of ChenMed's operations. This role is an independent contributor, who will support the development and implementation of innovative operational strategies, and will leverage data and analytics to identify and address key performance areas.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

PAY RANGE:
$99,369 - $141,957 SalaryThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. Job Summary
Provides expert analytical support and data generation for daily chemistry testing activities related to raw materials, in- process and finish products. Perform all testing in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with approved GMP documents (test methods, Specifications, SOPs). Conducts investigations, drafts and executes protocols.
Essential Functions
- Inspects components, products and/or processes to ensure conformance with standards.
- Executes laboratory procedures for sample preparation.
- Independently performs materials analysis of substantial variety & complexity using ARx test methods, compendia methods, specifications.
- Ensure all analytical operations comply with cGMPs & ARx procedures and all laboratory experiments are properly documented in notebook and are in accord with regulatory requirements.

Job Specifications
- Requires a Bachelors (or higher) degree in Chemistry or closely related discipline (Analytical Chemistry preferred) plus a minimum of 5 years related experience.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in application of gas chromatography (headspace, high-pressure liquid & gel permeation), UV-VIS-FTIR spectroscopy, TOC, thermal and mechanical analysis (e.g. DMA, DSC, etc.); wet chemistry techniques desired.
- Mastery knowledge and understanding of scientific principles involved in the performance of analytical test methods.

POSITION SUMMARY

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare and biopharma) is a plus.

Position Overview
The Clinical Director is responsible and accountable for the planning, organizing, directing and evaluating nursing services of nursing location (non-PDHC offices). The Clinical Director (CD) is responsible for the management of all operational services for their location of responsibility. Working within the federal, state, and regional regulations covering home health the Nursing Director works innovatively to meet the needs of our exceptional patients while fulfilling the Aveanna’s mission of future growth. Collaborating closely with the Area Clinical Director, the CD establishes and participates in program development and implementation. The location nursing team members report up through the CD who oversees hiring, discipline, training, and all nursing related items.
Compensation: $85-93k base salary, plus bonus potential (up to 15% of salary based on branch performance), cell phone and mileage reimbursement. Up to 80 hours of vacation accrual in the first year, 48 hours of sick time accrual, 1 8-hour fun day and 1 8-hour inclusion day. Vacation hours accrual will increase to 120 hours of vacation after 1st year.
Essential Job Functions

Pay Rate:

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the technology vision and strategy for Tapestry, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and government requirements
