Position Summary:
To support Global ERP Business Process initiatives and ongoing system enhancements across the Global Supply Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a member of the Global ERP Business Process Owner (BPO) team
* Represent the ERP BPO function in site-specific and global initiatives including product launches, system enhancements, tech transfers, and site specific or GSC prioritized projects

Job Summary
Technology Services Organization (TSO) at Georgia Institute of Technology is seeking to hire a Research Technologist I to Work with the TSO research team in the technical support of research activity within the College of Computing.
This is a hybrid working position.
Responsibilities
Work with the TSO research team in the technical support of research activity, including:
- Provide point of contact and customer interface regarding TSO's support of college research technology resources.
- Work with faculty, researchers and graduate students with the acquisition, research, development and implementation of research resources, and integration of advanced technologies involving work in research data center and lab environments.
- Work with Research Lab Managers in support of strategic research facilities.
- Manage technical problems, requests, and projects to assure quick resolution, best practices, and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate the provisioning of OIT and TSO services to meet faculty and student needs.
- Implement large-scale, automated approaches to operating system and configuration management and control of systems and HPC resources.
- Implement CoC technical plans, infrastructure, policies and procedures in research facilities.
- Monitor and maintain the general health and life cycle of research systems.
- Implement Institute computing and networking security policies and procedures, as well as develop written internal computing and networking policies and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Two or more years of job-related experience.
- Higher Education experience preferred, experience managing technology in a highly distributed, multi-vendor environment supporting research.
- Be able to conceptualize immediate and future research technologies.
- Linux systems administration experience, preferably in a heterogeneous environment that includes Linux/UNIX, Mac OS X, and Windows client systems accessing physical and virtual Linux servers.
- Knowledge of Linux server installation and administration, system monitoring, hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, configuration and patch management, virtualization, containerization, private cloud, storage solutions, IP networking concepts, information security, identity and access management, and backup & recovery.
- Knowledge of a UNIX scripting language (e.g. python, bash, etc.).
- Exemplary customer service skills and the agility to handle unusual technical requests.
- Possess excellent communications skills, the ability to make technical presentations, the ability to create technical documentation, a strong service orientation, and the ability to work well with other professionals in providing technical solutions in an advanced computing environment.

Responsibilities
- Advise on cost efficiency for future usage and cost optimization for current infrastructure.

- Create and maintain documentation related to architecture and operational processes for CLS (Centralized Logging Solution).

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support our growing logistics and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn how products move from purchase order to warehouse to customerโand who wants hands-on exposure across logistics, operations, purchasing, and marketing.
You'll play a key role in supporting bed and bedding logistics, coordinating warehouse activities, managing data and documentation, and collaborating with multiple teams across the business. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role with real opportunity to grow into more senior logistics or operations positions.

Responsibilities
Logistics & Data Support
- Enter and maintain shipment, order, and inventory data in internal systems with high accuracy
- Assist with tracking inbound and outbound shipments and delivery timelines across multiple carriers
- Support documentation for domestic and international shipments
- Help monitor logistics issues and escalate delays or discrepancies as needed
- Maintain organized records related to shipping, receiving, and inventory operations
Warehouse & Operations Coordination
- Assist in setting up projects for picking, packing, and shipping within the warehouse
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
- Support basic scheduling for inbound and outbound shipments
- Help maintain organized records related to warehouse operations and logistics workflows
- Ensure smooth daily execution of warehouse and fulfillment operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the purchasing team to support inbound product flow and inventory needs
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth daily execution
- Partner with the marketing and creative team on product launches, samples, and timelines
- Communicate clearly across teams to keep projects moving forward
- Support coordination between operations, logistics, purchasing, and brand teams
Process & Improvement Support
- Help document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Support reporting related to logistics, inventory, and operations performance
- Take on special projects that expose you to different parts of the business
- Contribute ideas for streamlining workflows and reducing manual work
- Learn and adapt to new tools and systems as the business scales
Qualifications
Core Qualifications
- Recent graduate or early-career professional (0โ2 years experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
- Comfortable with basic data entry and working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Pay Range and Compensation Package
Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience, systems comfort, and ownership demonstrated)

Responsibilities:
Managed Services Rotation (Operational Experience)
- Assist with ticket triage and support workflows under supervision
- Support Microsoft 365 administration and governance activities (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Entra ID)
- Update runbooks and standard operating procedures
- Observe and document SLA, escalation, and operational processes
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Data & AI Consulting Rotation (Solution Delivery Experience)
- Assist with data preparation, basic data modeling, and reporting tasks
- Support Power BI, automation, or analytics solution development
- Contribute to applied AI or proof-of-concept initiatives under guidance
- Develop professional documentation including solution notes, diagrams, and handoff materials
Professional Development
- Engage in structured AI and Microsoft learning (2โ3 hours per week)
- Participate in mentor and manager check-ins
- Attend internal enablement sessions and practice meetings
- Deliver a final capstone presentation summarizing contributions, learning outcomes, and improvement recommendations
Qualifications:
Education, License or Certification:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorโs or a Masterโs degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or related field
Experience:
- Foundational understanding of data concepts (tables, joins, relational structures)
- Exposure to SQL, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), Microsoft 365, or Azure is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in both technology operations and data-driven solution delivery

PRIMARY RESONSIBLITIES
Executive Assistant Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct administrative and office management support to members of the Senior Leadership Team
- Maintain work schedules and calendars of executive management, particularly the Senior Leadership Team members that you are assigned to support
- Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations for the Senior Leadership Team members that you are assigned to support
- Coordinate logistics of executive team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events
- Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signatures for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary
- Receive and distribute incoming mail
- Review, evaluate, and distribute priority correspondence/emails for the Senior Leadership Team members you are assigned to support
- Facilitate communication from department managers, business unit leaders, and project managers
- Complete expense reports and other related duties
- Prepare and review presentations, as required
- Present a positive and professional image of the executive office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons
Office Administrator Responsibilities and Duties
- Front desk reception duties including answer phones and route calls to the appropriate people, divisions, or departments across the organization and
- Respond to e-mail and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners, and other parties.
- Schedule parties.
- Schedule conference rooms and ensure the appropriate presentation equipment is available.
- Beverage/snack service, including making and setting out coffee, water, and snacks or other meals as indicated for meetings.
- Receive mail/packages and direct appropriately.
- Hand out employee applications.
- Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
- Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating as requested by Executive leaders, Human Resources, and Accounting teams.
