Summary of Position

We are seeking an experienced, disciplined, and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Employer Sales Team and help power Teladoc's next chapter of growth.

This BDR is responsible for using outbound prospecting strategies to book qualified meetings that will build sales pipeline.

Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to book meetings that connect our New Business account executives with enterprise prospects who are interested in Teladoc's wide array of services
  • Establish creative methods of securing qualified meetings beyond emailing and cold calling
  • Utilize prospecting technologies to develop and execute strategic account-based outreach plans in partnership with New Business account executives
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts

Compensation

Target Hiring Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually

We are seeking a Treatment Family Care Development Specialist to join our team. Your role will be a blended position responsible for recruitment, licensing, and training of Treatment Family Care (TFC) Homes as well as support of TFC clients. The Specialist will conduct recruitment activities in the community, complete timely and accurate licensure assessments and renewals, along with providing training for TFC Homes. All responsibilities will be conducted in accordance with contract/licensing/funding body/accreditation requirements. Specialists have flexibility and autonomy with their schedule to meet the needs of their assigned clients and families. Office space is available; however, Specialists typically work out of their own homes when not conducting visits with their families. As a member of the Department of Family and Youth Support team, you will work with five other team members and report to our Manager of Treatment Foster Care.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • Recruitment, Training, Support Groups, and Licensing Compliance: Lead Treatment Family Care (TFC) home recruitment in collaboration with the Resource Development team through community outreach, recruitment events, information meetings, and screening of prospective relative/kinship and nonrelated families. Conduct and track preservice, inservice, and specialized TFC trainings, facilitate and lead caregiver support groups, and ensure ongoing compliance with licensing policies and regulations through regular communication, documentation, and home visits.
  • Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Documentation: Complete initial and ongoing assessments and interviews of TFC homes and placement participants to develop, implement, and update treatment plans, while maintaining timely, accurate electronic records for assigned homes and youth. Lead treatment reviews, support placement matching based on current knowledge of assigned families and maintain consistent communication with case management partners to ensure coordinated and effective services.
  • Family Support, Placement Stability, and Team Collaboration: Provide inhome support, coaching, and consultation to TFC homes to promote placement success and youth stability, address emerging needs through ongoing engagement, and partner with the TFC team through regular participation in meetings, staffings, trainings, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure highquality, responsive care for youth and families.

Pyramid is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Software Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth for AIR-Quire and future Pyramid software products. Responsibilities

Pipeline Development & Cold Outreach

  • Conduct structured cold calling campaigns to federal agencies, system integrators, and contracting partners.

Sales Planning & Strategy Execution

  • Develop and maintain a 30-60-90 day sales plan and call plan aligned to AIR-Quire growth targets.
  • Maintain weekly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings secured, and demos scheduled).
  • Track pipeline status and conversion metrics in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Identify target contract vehicles and existing programs where AIR-Quire can be positioned.
  • Coordinate with CGO to align outreach with broader capture and growth strategy.

Demo Coordination & Opportunity Advancement

  • Qualify prospects before scheduling demos.
  • Coordinate with the Nexus team to schedule and prepare technical demonstrations.
  • Prepare briefing materials and background summaries for leadership before demos.
  • Support follow-up after demos with structured next steps and documented action items.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Sr. Principal RF Module Design/Development Engineer to join our Module Development Section with the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department as a technical lead. The AMS department designs, fabricates, and tests state-of-the-art Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) in our on-site foundry. These chips are designed into custom modules to support multiple programs and enhance the capabilities of next generation radar systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical design and development of RF/microwave modules containing GaAs- and GaN-based monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) products. This would be in active support of existing technologies in production as well as next generation products in development. This position requires a strong academic background and experience in RF/Microwave Design, Development, Integration & Test.

What You Will Do:

  • Designing RF structures and transitions on multi-layer, multi-channel RF Modules and analog circuitry enabling both receive and transmit behavior

  • Consulting across RF module design, MMIC design and assembly teams

  • Troubleshooting RF Modules that are prototyped and under development
