Responsibilities

In your role as an FPGA Design Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional development environment including mutual peer review to maintain high product quality. This work will include FPGA requirements, design, and simulation as well as code synthesis, hardware integration, and test support. You will contribute to multiple FPGA projects in support of the long-term Reliable Robotics technology roadmap.

Basic Success Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

  • 4+ years of full-cycle electronics hardware development experience in a professional environment

  • Professional experience designing FPGA digital logic using industry-standard design, simulation, and synthesis tools

Responsibilities

Clinical

  • Assesses the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient and develops an appropriate treatment plan
  • Updates and modifies the treatment plan on an ongoing basis.
  • Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises, home programs, and patient education.
  • Maintain open communication with the patient and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.

Administrative

  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure compliance with company medical management model.

  • Oversee the hiring, training and development of ancillary staff members.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active California PT license required (or license in progress)
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
  • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
