In this role, the engineer will assist in the management of the NC bridge inspection program and perform NBIS element-level condition inspections of State-owned bridges, municipal bridges, and ancillary transportation-related structures for NCDOT, other State DOT agencies, and/or municipal localities.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include planning, preparing, and coordinating the inspections, documenting the condition of the inspected structure, preparing inspection reports, performing structural analysis or load ratings, and performing quality control of inspection reports prepared by others.
In addition, this role will include assisting with the management of the inspection program in NC involving all phases of the assignments, serving as the point of contact with NCDOT to communicate field observations and progress, coordinating with inspection equipment and traffic control vendors, and mentoring assistant inspection team members.
Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited program 5 – 10 years of experience performing NBIS level bridge inspections with notable NCDOT bridge inspection experience NHI-130055 certification (Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges), or equivalent P.E., registered in the state of North Carolina or ability to become registered through comity from another state within 6 months.
WIGINS experience Valid US driver’s license and experience operating bucket trucks, manlifts, or under-bridge inspection vehicles Ability to work safely at heights, over water, and in traffic-controlled environments.

In this role you will be responsible for managing Sr. Associates & Associates and supporting in the development, planning, buying, executing and measuring media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. Retail Media Knowledge

About the Role Supply Chain Manager:
Reporting to the CEO, the is responsible to Manage, coordinate, plan, and organize strategic sourcing, purchasing, production and inventory planning, receiving, warehousing, control, and distribution of materials to satisfy distribution needs/service relations as required to accomplish these goals.
The Manager of Supply Chain will be tasked with the identification, development, and completion of significant efficiency/optimization projects. This person will be responsible to work cross functionally within SC as well as WH, and cross functional departments and divisions across the entire business using lean principles, total cost analysis, strong project management skills, and a highly developed to identify major cost saving initiatives, ensure cross functional collaboration, timely project completion and the realization of identified savings. Will be responsible to develop the targets / budget related to Supply Chain, working with others to develop baseline data, savings calculations, monthly tracking and reporting tools as well as the upkeep of all project charters to ensure accurate and timely reporting to CEO and management.

Triage Examiners should be experienced in general linguist operations and Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) operations, and are expected to leverage language and analytical skills, as well as advanced computer systems aptitude in addressing triage examination projects. Triage Examiners will perform eDiscovery examinations of electronic media for content of interest using a suite of forensic examination tools and will identify and prioritize items of importance for further processing, in accordance with customer standard operating procedures. Examiners will also be expected to communicate effectively and provide ad-hoc notification to superiors on task progress and significant findings, and to produce a report of their findings for further dissemination to customer(s).

The primary responsibilities of the Triage Examiners are:
- Perform data discovery on large datasets of foreign language material and identify essential elements of information.
- Convert, reformat, parse, and otherwise exploit media files using customer tools to ensure compatibility and readability for translation systems.

Basic Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in estimating and bidding on projects
- Assist in the preparation and updates of Master and look-ahead schedules
- Participate in job-site safety meetings and complete safety audits
- Identify, understand, and actively manage project risks.
- Conduct job site meetings
- Monitor project costs and job cost reports
- Identify problems and recommend solutions for review and implementation
- Assist with business development work
- Build and sustain relationships with clients
- Focus on maintaining client satisfaction
- Document punch lists and participate in project close-out
- Prepare and track Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Participate in business, industry, and community activities to build and strengthen professional relationships
- Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
- Understand the project plans and specifications.
- Demonstrates strong leadership characteristics.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- In-depth knowledge of construction job-site management.
- Considerable knowledge of the construction industry and safety practices.
- Supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
- Displays strong written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills.
- Analyzes problems and makes sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications, and costs.
- Tactful and mature demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Four-year college degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum three years of successful construction/project management experience.
- Experience in estimating, scheduling, quality control, and problem-solving.
- Experience with Procore is preferred, but not required.
- OSHA 30 preferred, but not required
- Current CPR/First-Aid certification or ability to obtain it within the first 6 months of employment
- LEED accreditation preferred, but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Physical abilities representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to perform physical activities that require the use of arms, legs, and entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking on uneven surfaces, bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to work in a variety of work conditions and tolerate exposure to typical noise, smells, weather elements, and other elements associated with commercial construction sites.
- To safely conduct activities, operate equipment, and navigate the worksite, must be able to be aware of surroundings (which generally requires sufficient vision and hearing).
- Must be able to distinguish colors given safety signs and warnings.
- Must be able to maintain balance.
- Must be able to safely work on or around scaffolding and trenches.
- Must be able to use all applicable Personal Protective Equipment.
- Must be able to perform all the functions necessary to complete the above duties/responsibilities on a safe but timely basis.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test. Random drug tests will also be conducted in accordance with our safety policy.
