Responsibilities:

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

• Serve as a liaison between CMs and Client.

• Provide quality oversight of Quality control activities at CMs including being the initial point of contact for all quality-related issues with testing.

• Provide quality oversight of CM method validation or method transfer activities

• The role involves developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing control systems for injection Molding machines, auxiliaries, and related automation to ensure high efficiency, quality, and reliability of production.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain PLC/HMI/SCADA-based control systems for injection Moulding machines and auxiliary equipment (robots, dryers, chillers, conveyors, etc.).
• Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues to minimize downtime.

Position Responsibilities:

• Independently operate and adjust numerically controlled Tape Laminator machines according to established shop practices and procedures.

• Prepare for job setup by reviewing production orders, work orders (W/O), and setup documents, ensuring access to blueprints and drawings.

• Verify that the correct materials and tools are issued and free from visible defects before starting work.

• Identify the type of machine setup needed based on drawings and work orders, including flat tape laminating machines and automated fiber placement machines.

• Check machine setups and parts completed by previous operators to ensure safe working conditions and job progress.

• Prepare machines by obtaining materials from storage and performing necessary processes before operation, such as rolling tackifier and laying fiberglass.

We are looking for an Environment Controls Lead who will report to the Environmental Controls Manager. Environmental Factors:

This position requires working in an environment that has a high amount of plant matter and pollen. Areas of the facility reach high/low temperatures with high humidity levels. POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the Director, Infection Control, in providing a robust, comprehensive health system wide infection control program in accordance with current standards of practice and in compliance with regulatory agencies and governmental policies and procedures. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of five years of infection prevention experience within a hospital setting required with a Baccalaureate degree in nursing or higher required. Preferred: post-graduate courses in epidemiology, infection prevention or disease control, completion of CDC or APIC sponsored infection prevention training is desirable. Supervisory and managerial experience is desirable. Working knowledge of statistics and epidemiological principles is required. Computer skills required include proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; graphics display programs such as QI Macros, as well as a level of comfort with learning and adapting to new programs

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Current certification in Infection Prevention and Control by the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology is required. Must have current State of Texas professional nursing licensure
