Personal Injury Attorney

We are a growing firm, looking for a Plaintiffs Personal Injury Attorney, to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 2+ years of experience, with extensive litigation and personal injury experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience - Plaintiffs Personal Injury
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Prior experience with; Medmal, truck accidents, Birth accidents, Aviation, etc.
• Admitted to practice law in Illinois

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate case viability, provide legal advice, manage client communication, and handle all legal paperwork.
• Collect accident reports, medical records, photos, video footage, and witness statements; hire investigators if needed.
• Research case law, draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents.
• Deal with insurance adjusters, using negotiation skills to reach fair settlements.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials if a settlement isn't reached

The annual salary for this position is between 150k-300k+. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
