Business Analyst – Banking (1–2 Years Experience)

About the Role

AaraTech Inc is seeking a motivated Business Analyst – Banking to support credit card and payment platform initiatives. This role focuses on gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting Agile delivery for card services. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors. This role is ideal for early-career professionals building expertise in banking and payments systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Support creation of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT teams, and vendors
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming
• Support UAT and requirement clarifications
• Maintain documentation aligned with compliance standards
• Track issues and support delivery milestones

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Exposure to banking, payments, or card services
• Basic understanding of credit card lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
• Experience using JIRA or Confluence
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
