Job Title: Exposure Management North America Commercial Property (NACP) Lead Analyst

Division: Exposure Management, General Management

Reports To: Exposure Management Property Risks Lead

Key Relationships: Exposure Management, NACP Underwriters, Property Underwriting and Claims Operations (UCO), IT, other support functions.

Job Summary: To provide managerial support to the Property Risks Exposure Management North America Commercial Property (NACP) Catastrophe and Exposure Analysts for Catastrophe Modelling Quoting, Bound risk entry and monthly portfolio roundup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day management for NACP Catastrophe and Exposure Analysts, including performance management, training and development.
  • Ensure data quality for NACP, through formal entry Quality Control process and monthly Quality Control checks.
  • Ensure consistency between data in the underwriting system and Exposure Management data.
  • Ensure monthly entry/reporting deadlines for NACP Catastrophe Modelling are met.
  • Ensure NACP quotes are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development of Exposure Management NACP workflows for quoting and bound risks
  • Responsible for monitoring external data cleansing service provider usage.
  • Provide support for Exposure Management NACP monthly modelling process.
  • Production of regular and ad hoc management information for presentation or distribution to the NACP team.
  • Support the underwriting risk assessment process.
  • Provide data to underwriters to assist in portfolio optimisation.

Other responsibilities:

  • Prepare and provide statistics and information in order to serve the requirements of underwriters and clients.
  • Respond to client queries in an accurate and timely fashion to develop the brand image of Beazley.
  • Liaise with external data input clerks and respective underwriters.
  • Provide a professional service to underwriters and UCO in person, by email and on the telephone.
  • Produce ad hoc reports for the underwriters and other members of staff when requested.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Moody's (RMS) modelling software
  • Management experience preferred
  • Ability to analyse large datasets and produce actionable insights.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical findings.

Salary for this role will be tailored to the successful individual's location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is $120,000-$165,000 per year plus discretionary annual bonus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appellate matters

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Principal Controls Engineer to lead the development, optimization and implementation of advanced control systems across critical infrastructure products and automation platforms. This role is critical to ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of critical systems, with a strong emphasis on data center infrastructure, power/energy management, and industrial automation.

This role will involve designing and developing wiring harness systems, including schematic creation, harness architecture, panel layout, developing specifications, selecting key components, and transitioning design to manufacturing. Furthermore, the position includes leading test process implementation and ensuring equipment alignment to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence and reliability.

What will you do?

- Define and own the control system architecture across multiple platforms, including PLCs, BMS, EPMS, and ATS systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop detailed control system specifications, functional design documents, and interface definitions for all subsystems.
- Proficiency in PLC/SCADA programming, HMI development, and system integration with IT networks and facility equipment.
- Ability to read and create BOMs. visual aids, electrical schematics, control diagrams, and sequence of operations.
- Define control logic, sensor integration, and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, SNMP) for intelligent power and cooling management.
- Validate control systems through simulation, testing, and commissioning to ensure reliability, safety, and responsiveness.

- Architect integration strategies for control systems with enterprise platforms such as SCADA, CMMS, and cloud-based monitoring tools
- Establish design patterns and best practices for modular and reusable control logic across projects
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex control system issues during commissioning and operations
- Evaluate emerging technologies and automation trends to continuously improve system performance and efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, control logic, and operational procedures

An Imaging Technician III maintains complex medical equipment through effective implementation of the Mayo Clinic Medical Equipment Management Plan. Service calls are communicated to the technician through HTM Leadership, HTM Support Specialists, or a CMMS dashboard. Emergent calls directly from the customer often require a rapid response time. -The peripheral vascular is well established with a diverse referral base- The more experienced operators work alongside and help new peripheral interventionalists gain the experience and exposure to the complex cases at the office based lab.

-The hospital has 6 labs, 4 cardiac and Peripheral, one or two full time EP labs and a hybrid room that can do routine coronary and PV, EP WACHMAN, lead extraction, latest ablations and has a structural program including TAVR-Call rotation for STEMI is most often for established group patients mostly and once per month or so it may coincide with the hospital STEMI call-The group is on call rotation (1:4 or 5)-We have about 25-45 patients in the hospital every day to consult or round and this number will grow.

We have ARNPs to assist.

- The group admits 99% of the patients through the hospitalists or PCPs and our cardiologists only are consulting.

After you leave for the eve, usually phone calls only except interventionalist respond to STEMI or cold legs.- There will be some general cardiology for everyone in the group, but the interventionalists will be an busy with PV and coronary cases.

  • Ability to work in controlled environments requiring special gowning and PPE (head/face/hands/feet/body coverage) and follow manufacturing-area restrictions (e.g., no make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish, or artificial fingernails).
  • Ability to work in cold and/or wet environments; may be required to work in a confined area; exposure to clean room and cool/hot storage conditions.
  • Ability to support a 24/7 operation, including a 2-2-3 shift model, and work multiple shifts/weekends/holidays as needed; additional time may be required for business needs (e.g., audits, training, slowdown support).
  • Up to ~5% travel.

Other Job Requirements (Work schedule / shift):

This role is assigned to Night Shift (C/D – 5:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule and is eligible for shift allowance in accordance with company policy. The rotation may include company-designated holidays, and occasional flexibility (additional hours or temporary support on another shift) may be needed. Shift schedule and/or work location may be adjusted as business needs evolve.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$99,500.00 - $156,420.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
