The CRM Production Specialist is responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing high-volume email and SMS marketing campaigns across multiple footwear brands. This role owns end-to-end campaign production—from template/HTML builds through QA, scheduling, and send—while also maintaining automated lifecycle programs (welcome, abandoned cart/browse, post-purchase, and win-back). You’ll partner closely with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure flawless execution, run A/B tests to improve performance, and monitor deliverability, list health, and compliance.


This role is based out of our New York City office and reports to our Senior Manager, CRM on our current hybrid schedule – 3 days in office / 2 days remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and schedule daily email and SMS campaigns from concept through deployment across multiple footwear brands
  • Develop and maintain automated email triggers including welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns
  • Execute end-to-end campaign production: audience segmentation, email building (from templates or HTML), QA testing, scheduling, and deployment
  • Execute A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and creative elements to optimize performance
  • Maintain and execute updates to site pop-ups and sign up forms
  • Execute quality assurance testing across devices (desktop/mobile) and email clients (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
  • Monitor email deliverability, list health, and compliance with CAN-SPAM and other regulations
  • Coordinate with marketing, merch & creative teams for asset delivery + correct execution


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on email marketing experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, apparel, or retail ecommerce.
  • Strong familiarity with ESPs & marketing automation technologies. (Klaviyo experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization (or ability to work with templates)
  • Demonstrated ability to build campaigns from scratch and execute high-volume email calendars
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and list management
  • Experience with SMS marketing + automated triggers

Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72\" high.

Carrying

Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.

Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.

Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.

During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing \"walking\" and \"climbing\" duties.

Pushing

To move trays which are placed on dollies.

A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24\" - 30\" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.

Trays may also be pulled.

Climbing

Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required. Stooping/Bending

Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.

Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.

Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.

Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.

Crouching/Squatting

Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.

Reaching

Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.

Workers reach above 72\" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.

Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.

Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.

Driving

Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A Team Member may make several deliveries per shift.

Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

  • Conduct cold calls as a way of securing appointments to sell to new prospects among local and national companies.
  • Analyze specific marketing needs of prospects based on partner objectives, market strategies, category potential, activation potential and financials.

  • Prospect, sell, cultivate, and maintain the corporate sponsorships for the venues in both new and renewal business.
  • Regular presence at both properties should be expected.
  • Execute all aspects of corporate partnership fulfillment.
  • Develop relationships with brands in region for potential synergy across OVG portfolio.
  • Work with outside agencies to get all corporate partnerships signage created and placed.
  • Create annual recaps for corporate partners, when applicable.
  • Service all corporate sponsorships through various means including direct contact, newsletters, corporate partner gatherings, etc.
  • Create new client initiatives to better serve the corporate partners.
  • Design of sales proposals and presentations for potential corporate partners.
  • Work and attend events, promotions, and OVG360 Corporate Sales events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or the equivalent training & experience.
  • 7+ years of sales experience with emphasis in major league team sports, larger market media (TV, radio) and/or sponsorship sales.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing highly strategic corporate partnerships; Strong prospecting, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven success in establishing and meeting challenging sales objectives in a high profile, competitive marketplace.
  • Comfortable managing tight deadlines and meeting aggressive sales goals and expectations.
  • Strong professional relationship skills; Ability to establish and maintain long-term strategic relationship with corporate clients, direct reports and co-workers.
  • Must be a skilled negotiator with the ability to effectively represent the standards and philosophy of the department.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce/KORE (CRM) is preferred.
  • Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work nights, all events, weekends, events and holidays as required.

Position Summary

The Administrative and Accounting Assistant provides accounting support to the Director of Finance. Duties will include a variety of responsible and accounting, administrative, and clerical duties.

This role pays an hourly rate of $23.00-$25.00.

About the Venue

The Centene Community Ice Center is a state-of-the-art facility designed for hockey programming that is curated for all ages and skill levels. It houses three sheets of ice year-round and features an outdoor rink for use in winter months. It is the official practice facility for the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League (NHL) and serves as the home rink for Lindenwood University (NCAA DI). Alongside hockey development programs, the facility also offers freestyle skating and daily public skate sessions providing a unique experience for locals to get on the ice.

Saint Louis Music Park is a 4,500-seat outdoor venue that hosts concerts, festivals, local markets, and more. Performers have included Alicia Keys, Machine Gun Kelly, The Avett Brothers, 5 Seconds of Summer, Jack White, and many more. It offers an intimate outdoor amphitheater experience and boasts a fan-centric pavilion featuring food trucks, picnic tables, yard games, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare accounts payable invoices.
  • Record daily revenue.
  • Apply customer payments and prepare bank deposits.
  • Verify and upload bi-weekly payroll to ADP for processing.
  • Maintains a filing system for records, reports and other documents.
  • Responsible for maintaining files, preparing and transcribing correspondence, and obtaining appropriate signatures when necessary.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail; prepares outgoing mail with necessary postage; sends and receives email as needed.
  • Answer, screen and direct payroll and HR calls; handle routine inquiries.
  • Type and proofread a wide variety of reports, letters, memos and statistical charts; type from rough draft or verbal instruction; independently compose correspondence related to responsibilities assigned.
  • Assist in a variety of department operations; perform special projects and assignments as requested.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative-working relationships in the course of work.
  • Assist with employee record maintenance.
  • Process new hire packets and background checks.
  • Ensures complete confidentiality and security of personal employee information, including medical information, payroll information, personnel files, etc., without exception.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of professional accounting experience or similar education required.
  • Experience with accrual-based accounting preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/O365 required.
  • Knowledge of Sage 100 preferred.
  • Must be accurate and efficient with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working with all levels of management.
  • Able to communicate clearly in the English language both orally and in writing using proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.
