General Manager
Position Summary
The General Manager (GM) of Shoot 360 is a results-driven leader responsible for driving productivity, operational excellence, revenue growth, and delivering a world-class member experience. This role leads the daily operations of the facility, develops and inspires a high-performing team, and ensures the business consistently achieves performance targets.
The GM sets the tone for accountability, energy, and execution—creating an environment where team members thrive and athletes improve.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Results & Productivity

* Own and achieve revenue, membership, retention, and profitability targets.
* Monitor KPIs daily and implement action plans to improve performance.
* Optimize scheduling, staffing, and programming to maximize productivity.
* Ensure efficient use of facility resources, technology, and training equipment.
* Lead sales efforts including memberships, renewals, camps, clinics, and add-on services.

2. Lead & Develop a High-Performance Team

* Recruit, hire, train, and develop coaches and front desk staff.
* Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and accountability systems.
* Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews.
* Foster a culture of urgency, ownership, positivity, and continuous improvement.
* Coach team members to deliver consistent energy and elite service.

3. Deliver a Superb Member Experience

* Ensure every athlete and family receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
* Maintain high visibility on the floor, engaging with members daily.
* Proactively resolve issues and ensure member satisfaction.
* Drive member retention through relationship-building and performance tracking.
* Create a welcoming, clean, organized, and professional facility environment.

4. Operational Excellence

* Oversee daily operations including scheduling, facility upkeep, safety, and compliance.
* Maintain Shoot 360 brand standards and training methodologies.
* Manage payroll, expenses, and budget performance.
* Ensure accurate reporting and data tracking.

5. Community & Brand Leadership

* Represent Shoot 360 in the local community.
* Build partnerships with schools, teams, and organizations.
* Drive local marketing efforts and grassroots engagement.
* Promote camps, events, leagues, and special programs.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of leadership experience in operations, fitness, sports performance, or service-based business.
* Experience as a prior GM of a consumer-facing business
* Proven track record of driving revenue and managing performance metrics.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for basketball training and athlete development preferred.
* High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity.

The position serves as the senior clinical leader, accountable for the overall development, quality and performance for the anesthesia practices.MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Doctor Osteopathic Medicine or a Doctor of Medicine degree from a recognized school of medicine and fellowship trained in Anesthesiology.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Ten (10) years of progressively responsible work experience in a senior management position in a medical practice setting, healthcare administration or a closely related field is required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
  • Board Certified or Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • 1. Provider & Staff Management
  • a. Clinical role model and leader of System Anesthesia of the clinical activities and works with entity Peri-operative leadership for maintaining appropriate standards of care appropriate to Anesthesia.
  • b. Partner with HR and Provider Recruitment for development and implementation of compensation, recruitment and retention strategies.
  • c. Oversees site medical directors to efficiently manage employed provider operations.
  • d. Works closely with site Medical Directors on resolution of provider concerns, patient issues and other operational opportunities.
  • e. Demonstrates accessibility to the physicians and other leaders, and effectively addresses care and service issues as they arise.
  • f. Coordinates activities with and works collaboratively in professional matters related to physician performance with the PE and hospital/ASC leadership teams.

  • c. Oversees the coordination of clinical start-up for new practices, whether newly recruited or acquired, across the Piedmont system.
  • d. Partners with the relevant strategic resources within Piedmont Healthcare to develop and implement specific programs, products and services to support the long-range direction for practice operations.
  • e. Coordinates system standardization of policies, procedures, processes and protocols for relevant services in order to create a high-quality, efficient, patient centered experience across the healthcare system.
