A multi-disciplinary approach is used to provide patient and family centered care.
A continued emphasis on restraint reduction is ongoing and treatment focus is on assessment, stabilization, and after care treatment planning.
Our approach is trauma informed, patient and family centered, and evidence based.
Qualifications and Experience: Current Massachusetts RN license required American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required BSN or ASN degree required 1-2 years acute inpatient psychiatric experience preferred.

- Two (2) 12-hour weekend night shifts: Saturday & Sunday, 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- One (1) 8-hour night shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekend commitment: 48 out of 52 weekends per year
- Pay Range: $48.30 - $52.40
Position Overview
The Weekend Program RN serves in a leadership role during night shifts, providing clinical oversight and supervision within our long-term care setting. This role requires strong nursing judgment, professionalism, and the ability to lead and support staff while ensuring quality resident care.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care nursing administration or supervision required
- Experience in rehabilitative and/or geriatric nursing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
