A continued emphasis on restraint reduction is ongoing and treatment focus is on assessment, stabilization, and after care treatment planning. Our approach is trauma informed, patient and family centered, and evidence based. 

Qualifications and Experience:

We are seeking an Operating Room First Assistant Registered Nurse. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a surgical environment. Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited by CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs) and the State of Florida Surgical Assistant Program, or Medical School Graduate, or Allied Health professional having completed 2250 hours surgical rotation.

Current Certified First Assistant (CFA) having completed 350 cases. Two years of experience within the last four years.

Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Current Certification as First Assistant (CFA) required.
