What You Will Do:

  • Supports all aspects of a software development life cycle as members of a multi-disciplined team. This would include supporting new and legacy military and commercial programs from concept and requirements, to design, development, integration, test, and potentially subsequent maintenance tasking.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Summary: Welder position that involves the preparation, assembly, fitting, and weld of aerospace turbine components.
What You Will Learn: Working on the production line, you will produce blades and vanes as well as perform all quality checks. These positions require shift work and ability to work overtime when needed. You will perform TIG welding operations on aircraft components to meet NDT specifications and ensure efficient flow of work to meet production schedules and demands.
What You Will Do:

  • Layout work requirements and obtain needed equipment to perform routine repair and alteration operations, inspect weld for bead sized and compliance with other specifications
  • Blend, grind, or polish weld ensuring specified minimum wall requirement is met
  • Use calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges to measure repaired part and ensure dimensional requirements are met. Complete production paperwork
  • Use and interpret complicated prints, drawings, and process sheets to perform a variety of layouts, as well as complete and sign work orders identifying the operations performed
  • Perform standard hand and machine welding operations to fabricate or restore parts and tools where close tolerances are not normally required, and specifically defined criteria are used. Utilize black light process to determine extent of repairs required
  • Build up finished machined surfaces and repair simple cracks and other routine imperfections. Use a variety of fixed and variable measuring instruments to check dimensions and record results
  • Recognize need and arrange for repair or replacement of equipment used in performing the work as necessary. Perform routine servicing throughout the assigned area following specified procedures and written instructions such as an operator check list for upkeep and to assure equipment operates properly
  • Assist others with new process tryout, and other specialized assignments
  • This role will involve bending, reaching, pulling, and pushing

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of TIG welding experience with stainless steel and titanium and/or aerospace alloys less than 1/8\" thickness

Raytheon Sensor Test Solutions (STS) is actively seeking an onsite Electrical Prototyping Fabrication Technician to join the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate in Tucson, Arizona.

The Test Equipment Engineering Directorate (TEE) includes all engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test on every Raytheon product. Our engineers are responsible for each element of the development lifecycle for test including test requirements, test system design, flight simulations, hardware-in-the-loop, computer-in-the-loop, advanced engineering prototyping technology, flight operations for manned and unmanned vehicles, environmental testing, environmental characterization and engineering laboratory management.

Electrical Prototyping Fabrication Technicians work in an engineering environment to co-develop engineering hardware in accordance with customer and internal requirements, as well as industry standards. Candidates will collaborate with multi-disciplined design teams across multiple projects to bring design concepts to fruition, providing rapid engineering, fabrication and prototyping solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.

  • Prepare and present a monthly/quarterly business/performance review to the vertical Director and/or VP [QBR & QPR].
  • Adopt and demonstrate the Group’s and client’s core values in the delivery of client-centric service.
  • Responsible for retention of individual clients while maximizing fill rate, time to fill, and ensuring high NPS scores.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador and participate in Thought Leadership activities that build Adecco’s reputation as the most admired workforce solutions partner.
  • Ability to price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement business).
  • Builds and maintains knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share, and competition by communicating our value proposition.
  • Continuously strive for innovation through enhanced processes, policies, and procedures – while meeting established KPIs and SLAs.
  • Establish a plan to grow and retain existing accounts and newly developed clients.
  • Compose reporting and interpret data and trends.
  • Maintain general knowledge of the Adecco Group's service portfolio and be able to price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement business).
  • Obtain a clear understanding of the client’s business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR Managers to discuss issues or requests involving the client program and associates.
  • Ensure all agreed-upon client requirements (both operational and contractual) are completed and in line with agreed SLA targets.
  • Ensure proper credit references are obtained, and client credit limits are established according to guidelines.
  • Gain a complete understanding of the TOM and utilize it as a resource to strengthen the Adecco/client relationship.
  • Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.

Job Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience. A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred. Must have a proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management.   • Effective written and verbal communication skills – both in a one-on-one and group setting.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
  • Ability to successfully manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Adept at establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
  • In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws and Company policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software are required.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
  • Ability to strategically plan and serve as a catalyst for organizational change, cultivate a shared vision with others and motivate them to transfer vision into action.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $71,699 - $89,624. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
