-You will lead the end-to-end mechanical design and development of mechanical sub-systems including electro-mechanical, pneumatic, fluidic, and thermal components.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Estimator to oversee and manage the estimating process for mechanical construction projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and profitable cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and experience leading bids for industrial and commercial mechanical projects. This position plays a key role in preconstruction strategy, risk evaluation, and bid execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical estimating efforts from project pursuit through bid submission
• Develop detailed cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and mechanical systems
