What will you be doing?
- Provide disease state education, awareness, and approved resources to identified Healthcare Professionals and office staff as agreed by Inizio leadership
- Present educational programs, both live and virtual, tailored to the needs of each healthcare office
- Increase awareness of disease state through compliant education
- Educate office staff on diagnostic processes, disease state information, and approved product education including safety and adverse event information per label
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key healthcare professionals and office staff
- Identify and support referral pathways across multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitate the development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors

What do you need for this position?
- Qualified Healthcare Professional with current state license (Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse preferred)

- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in a specific disease state or related field; respiratory experience preferred
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry as a clinical educator or in sales preferred

The Jr. Estimator supports the Estimating team in preparing accurate and timely proposals for commercial and industrial fence installation projects. The role focuses on quantity takeoffs, vendor/subcontractor quote solicitation, assembling bid packages, and maintaining bid records. The incumbent will learn the complete estimating process and progress by owning smaller quotations and assisting with larger, complex bids under supervision.
Primary Responsibilities:

Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to spearhead our business development efforts targeting hospitals, health systems, and institutional healthcare providers. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with key decision makers including Pharmacy Directors, C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO), Purchasing and Procurement Executives, and Supply Chain Directors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pharmaceutical B2B sales with knowledge of the 503B outsourcing market and drug shortage landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow territory revenue and expand the customer base within assigned regions
• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with key hospital decision makers: Pharmacy Directors, Chief Pharmacy Officers, CEOs, CFOs, VP of Supply Chain, and Procurement Directors
• Present and promote the company's 503B compounding solutions, including sterile injectables, ophthalmics, and customized formulations
• Navigate and build partnerships with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and health system corporate accounts
• Monitor and capitalize on drug shortage opportunities by proactively presenting alternative compounded solutions to hospitals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact through contract negotiation and account onboarding
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication, business reviews, and exceptional service
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Attend and represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows (ASHP Midyear, ISPE, NACDS, Vizient, Premier, HealthTrust)
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations teams to align product offerings with customer needs
• Provide market intelligence including competitor analysis, pricing trends, and customer feedback to leadership
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of B2B pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably selling to hospitals or health systems
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the pharmaceutical industry
• Established relationships with hospital pharmacy leaders, procurement teams, or C-suite executives (strongly preferred)
• Understanding of the 503B outsourcing market, compounding pharmacy industry, and FDA regulations governing outsourcing facilities
• Experience working with GPOs (Vizient, Premier, HealthTrust, Intalere) and IDNs
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel up to 50-60% within assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct experience selling 503B compounded products (sterile injectables, ophthalmics, topical compounds)
• Knowledge of drug shortage dynamics and how 503B facilities address supply gaps
• Experience with hospital formulary committee processes and P&T committee presentations
• Background in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing or clinical pharmacy
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field
• Existing book of business with hospital and health system accounts

As a Dental Office Manager, you will lead the office in all office operations in support of the doctors to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.
