Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment & Monitoring
- Perform comprehensive assessments for pre- and post-transplant patients.
- Monitor vital signs, graft function, fluid/electrolyte balance, lab values, and indicators of organ rejection or infection.
- Recognize and respond to early symptoms of transplant complications, such as rejection, sepsis, or medication toxicity.
- Administer immunosuppressive therapies, antirejection medications, and other transplant-specific treatments.
- Provide wound care, infection prevention, and management of surgical drains as applicable.
- Support coordination of biopsies, imaging, dialysis, and other procedures related to organ function.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations including acute rejection episodes, respiratory distress, or hemodynamic instability.
- Operate specialized equipment such as infusion pumps, telemetry monitors, and devices used in managing immunosuppressive drug therapy.
- Partner closely with transplant surgeons, nephrologists/hepatologists, pharmacists, social workers, dietitians, and transplant coordinators to ensure seamless care.
- Provide extensive teaching to patients and families regarding medications, lifestyle modifications, post-transplant surveillance, and long-term follow-up expectations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to individualized care planning.

About the Role:
The Mobile Automotive Technician at Pro Fleet Solutions plays a key role in keeping commercial and medium‑duty fleets operating at peak performance. Our technicians deliver high‑quality maintenance and repair services directly at customer locations, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently outside a traditional shop environment. This role requires a skilled, adaptable professional who can work independently, manage their own schedule and inventory, and maintain strong communication with customers. Responsibilities:
- Perform on‑site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and medium‑duty vehicles, including engines, brakes, electrical systems, suspensions, starters, alternators, transmissions, and more.
- Complete routine services such as oil changes, brake inspections, tune‑ups, tire rotations, radiator replacements, and minor body or component repairs (doors, steps, etc.).

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to act as a liaison between the technology team and the other functional areas of our business for project requirements gathering and documentation. Experience in the airline industry is highly desirable. The incumbent will be comfortable learning and adapting to the intricacies of the Tradewind environment, happy working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels and all other departments, and keen to apply their years of expertise to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for efficiency, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.

Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is a dynamic Contact Center position focused on the servicing of inbound telecom/email requests from Members. Contact Center Representatives will handle complex inquiries involving Membership/Fraternal transactions that arrive in 3 primary languages (English, French, Spanish). The successful CSR will be able to thrive in a high-volume, changing service environment. At all times, maintains a professional, courteous, and positive image to reflect positively on the Orders image and business operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Greets callers positively and professionally; verifies security information such as, but not limited to, agent id, social security #, dob, address, and phone numbers.
- Engages callers, asks probing questions, to determine the nature of the call, and responds to the reason for the call. Use administrative systems to search for the information needed to answer the callers inquiry and provide the appropriate response.
- Follows procedures for release of specific policyholder information; assesses customer and field force needs for Home Office assistance. Forwards standard or special action requests to the appropriate department to comply with the callers request for written correspondence.
- Reviews and determines the nature of email inquiries, analyzes the issue, and responds appropriately or directs the inquiry to the proper department. Serves as liaison between our website and appropriate departments.
- Routinely reviews departmental communications, product updates, and other tools to stay current with organizational developments.

- In-depth knowledge of life insurance and annuity products in particular, with emphasis on the Orders product offerings.
