The D365 Developer is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules, with a strong emphasis on Finance, Supply Chain, and related business processes. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development and commissioning of a transformative, cost-effective chemicals production technology. In this role you will work in a multidisciplinary engineering team and support key engineering efforts across FEED, detailed design, fabrication, and start-up, partnering closely with EPC contractors, technology partners, and internal R&D teams.

This role is ideal for a mid-career level process engineer who is eager to apply EPC discipline to emerging clean technologies, and help scale innovative gas-to-chemicals solutions to commercial reality.


Role Responsibilities:

●     Lead engineering efforts for FOAK systems from engineering design through commissioning, ensuring delivery

of safe, robust, and scalable process design

 

●     Provide technical leadership on core process engineering deliverables such as

○     Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)

○     Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)

○     Heat and Material Balances

Peabody & Arnold is seeking a talented associate with 2-5 years of insurance defense and/or insurance coverage experience for its Boston office. Candidates must have superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills. Experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith claims handling matters are a plus. Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York and/or Rhode Island bar admission is also a plus.

For Massachusetts, the expected salary range for this position is between $207,500- $252,500. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
  • Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, and employment tort cases.
  • Advise employers regarding compliance with fair employment laws and related risk management, including dispute resolution programs.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

  • JD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials
  • 5+ years of experience, employment law background strongly preferred.
  • Current MA bar admission or ability to obtain admission.
  • Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
