POSITION SUMMARY:
At Windsor Federal Bank, the Residential & Consumer Mortgage Loan Originator serves as a trusted advisor and lending expert, guiding clients through the stages of the mortgage and consumer loan process - from initial inquiry to successful closing. This role is pivotal in helping individuals and families realize their homeownership and borrowing goals by providing tailored advice, timely communication, and exceptional customer care throughout the pre-approval, application, and closing phases.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential lending, with a proven track record of $20 million or higher in annual mortgage originations or equivalent underwriting expertise in accordance with secondary market standards.
- In-depth knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, CHFA and proprietary loan programs, along with compliance regulations including HMDA, ECOA, TILA, and RESPA.
- Strong financial analysis skills, particularly in evaluating personal and business tax returns.
- Proficiency in using mortgage lending software (preferably Encompass LOS) and related technology platforms.

Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health oversees a team of 5 full time master's level clinicians, a case manager, and a recovery support specialist who provide treatment within an acute inpatient psychiatric unit. Partnering in multidisciplinary leadership with a nurse manager and medical director to provide programmatic oversight of the unit and treatment for patients 18 years of age and older. - Passenger Care: Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all.
- Maintain vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
- Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.

Qualifications:
- 21 years or older
- Ability to obtain and maintain F, A, or V endorsement
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned, (Must Be Flexible)
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
