Clinical Director (BCBA)
Location: Temecula, CA Role Type: Leadership & Clinical Oversight
As the Clinical Director, you will lead the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team in our Temecula clinic. - Clinic Management: Keep an eye on the "business" side—making sure session notes are done on time, insurance authorizations are used correctly, and the clinic meets its goals.
- Collaborate: Work closely with families and other specialists (like Speech and Occupational Therapists) to provide a complete circle of care for each child.
What We’re Looking For
- Certification: You must be an active BCBA in good standing.
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of clinical ABA experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Tools of the Trade: Experience with assessments like VB-MAPP, Vineland, or AFLS, and comfort using data software (like CentralReach).
