For our MIR and AMMEGA Customer Service team, we are currently looking for a
CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating customer requests for information, quotations, and orders by interacting with customers, supervisors, the sales team, and vendors. A day in the life of a customer support specialist can look like:
- Communicating with customers to receive orders for products and installations via fax, e-mail, phone, or from sales staff.
- Processing customer orders accurately and timely.
- Researching customer order history and reviewing inventory for availability.
- Maintaining and updating customer files.
- Following up on orders in progress and communicating order statuses with outside sales staff.
- Interacting extensively with vendors and customers.
- Performing product research through contact with our vendors.
- Obtaining pricing on purchases, generating and following up on quotes.

Position Summary
The Research Coordinator position is responsible for Coordinating multiple research protocols and serving as a liaison with local investigators and Sponsors. Under direct supervision, this individual will mature in their understanding of research operations and regulations in order to achieve a fundamental understanding of human subject research.
Major Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”
- During your employment with HRI you will be routinely assigned training requirements. You are expected to complete any training assignments by the due date.
- Performs routine operational activities for multiple research protocols
- Liaise between site research personnel, industry sponsors, and Supervisor
- Collaborates closely with various site departments/teams, including finance, relevant hospital administrative representatives, and the local IRB, if applicable
- Coordinates schedule of assessments from initial submission of feasibility until study closeout
- Reviews the study design and inclusion/exclusion criteria with physician and patient
- Ensures the protection of study patients by verifying informed consent procedures and adhering to protocol requirements
- Ensures the integrity of the data submitted on Case Report Forms or other data collection tools by careful source document review; monitors data for missing or implausible data

Responsibilities
As an Aviation Electronics Technician (AT), you'll maintain, troubleshoot, repair and test complex electronic systems related to aviation on tactical jets, fixed wing aircraft or rotary winged helicopter systems. In this role, you can expect to work with systems including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, laser electronics, navigation, pressure indication, and electrical power generation and distribution. Additional responsibilities may include:
- Installing modifications to aircraft electronic systems
- Performing micro-miniature module repair on computer circuit cards
- Performing electrical diagnostics
- Reading electrical system diagrams
- Repairing and maintaining power generators and electric motors
- Performing scheduled maintenance and corrosion control
Work Environment
Sailors in this career field will perform duties at sea and ashore around the world. ATs can expect to work indoors and outdoors in land-based aircraft squadrons and aboard aircraft carriers. You may work in a shop environment, clean lab, airplane hangar or office environment.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes(known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training, including:
