Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for execution of turbine generator outage execution project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Implements standardization of outage processes and procedures across assigned Constellation CECs. Reinforces standards and expectations for Outage Planning & Services personnel and other personnel who interface with Outage Planning & Services to establish an error free and professional work environment. Always enforce procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques, and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Perform development of detailed plans, identification and assignment of personnel, and development of detailed work scope.
- Develop scope schedule and budget with the life cycle cost management system.
- Apply expert knowledge in execution of refueling outage services at assigned CEC. Provide primary communication with client CEC management and major vendor service organization.
- Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation. Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants
- Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these improvement initiatives among all project participants at CECs.
- Responsible to effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and CEC management.
- Reinforce appropriate fundamental behaviors in area of assigned responsibility. Includes administering coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of power generation experience OR
- Associate's degree with 10 years of power generation experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience
- Demonstrated leadership in a minimum of 3 refueling outages
- Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Core Job Responsibilities: Administers Oracle EPM applications, including Oracle PBCS and FCCS.
Performs routine processes to maintain the applications and ensure they remain synchronized.
Follows established tasks to enforce data governance within the application and across all upstream processes.
Maintains existing Oracle EPM applications and supports the development of new functionality and processes (e.g., managing metadata, creating calculation scripts, reports, dashboards, and forms).

The anticipated salary range for this position: $92,000.00
- $138,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.

Job Description Responsible for providing technical expertise and support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and other Business-to-Business communications using the ANSI X12, cXML and HL7 messaging standards.
Demonstrate good level of proficiency and participate in systems design, analyze and develop low to medium complexity EDI interfaces, perform quality assurance activities and support the business stakeholders.
Understand enough about specific process areas to suggest and evaluate multiple options and recommend the best course of action based on the requirement/issue and effort required.
Responsible for maintaining partner relationships with customers and vendors.
Duties include testing, implementing and maintaining EDI transactions, developing and maintaining trading partner definitions, maintaining translation objects utilizing translation software tools including senior/peer reviews at appropriate stage gates.
Handling communications with trading partners for transaction set-up and ongoing maintenance; coordinating between trading partners and networks to ensure mapping compliance; testing and resolution of incoming EDI file problems.
Establish communication links with trading partners and the testing of secure programming requirements for all new transactions.
Analyze production issues as necessary to determine the cause of the issue and determine the necessary course of action for resolution.
Available as on-call support for critical issues during non-working hours as documented in team support schedule.
Position reports to Medline Industries, LP headquarters at Three Lakes Drive, Northfield, IL 60093.
Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time.
No additional national or international travel is anticipated.
Job Requirements PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or its foreign equivalent, and 4 years of relevant work experience.
In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Experience working on B2B integration, standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
(2) Experience working on at least one of the following leading EDI platforms: Seeburger BIS, IBM Sterling Integrator/GIS, SAP PI/PO, or Biztalk.
(3) Experience working on the SAP Order-to-cash or Procure-to-Pay processes.
(4) Experience working with the ANSI X12 EDI standard.
