Job Details Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Litigation Attorney position should possess the following qualifications: 1.

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Must be a member in good standing with the state bar.

3.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, and insurance defense.

4.

Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving a diverse range of cases.

5.

Exceptional negotiation skills with a problem-solving mindset.

6.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal principles and procedures to clients and professionals.
