The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time and part-time Valets to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Valet, you are the first interaction with guests upon their arrival, so a great impression is key. You will greet and assist guests in a positive, courteous manner, park and retrieve guest vehicles, and adhere to department operational standards.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?

• Explain the valet payment process; issue guests customer claim and final exit release checks, also ensuring the final claim check corresponds with written information
• Open and inspect the vehicles for damage prior to parking, noting all damage
• Park and secure the vehicle, ensuring doors and windows are locked and closed
• Fill out and affix key tag to guest key; turn tagged keys to the key room window, immediately after parking guest’s vehicle
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle
• Retrieve the vehicle in a safe and timely manner

• Hold a valid driver’s license

Physical requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of shift, as well as be able to lift 25 pounds

East Liverpool's medical staff is comprised of more than 160 physicians with an additional 21 resident physicians completing their training in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. The hospital provides 24/7 emergency services, general surgery, medical stabilization for substance abuse, behavioral health for adults over the age of 55, and remains the ONLY cardiac rehabilitation program in Columbiana County. Director of Surgical Services is responsible for direction of patient care in the operative environment. The Director manages the staff members in the Ambulatory Surgery, Surgery and PACU Departments. Consults with staff, physicians and Nurse Executive on nursing issues and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in PI activities/ formulates budget for the department.

Pay Range

• $49.00 - $69.00 pay per visit/unit

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

This role is part of Humana's driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and are expected to maintain personal vehicle liability insurance. Individual must carry vehicle insurance in accordance with their residing state minimum required limits, or $25,000 bodily injury per person/$25,000 bodily injury per event /$10,000 for property damage or whichever is higher.
