Responsibilities

What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:




  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences
  • Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources
  • Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members

Qualifications

What you will need:




  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist by state in which practicing
  • Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance state regulations
  • A minimum of one year's work experience as a physical therapist preferred
  • Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
  • Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures

Manages and directs the activities of production, quality control and implements the strategy for the facility. Manages the operations associated with Industrial Sand and aggregate production, including quarrying, mining, processing, quality control, stockpiling, loading and shipping. Responsible for Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) aspects of the facility, fixed and mobile equipment maintenance, and employee relations.


JOB DUTIES:


Operations Management:

Β· Oversee all aspects of Industrial Sand / Aggregate plant operations, including crushing, screening, washing, and material handling.

Β· Schedule and manage daily production to meet quality and volume targets.

Β· Monitor equipment performance and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs.

Β· Plans and schedules production requirements (people & equipment) to support daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast to meet customer’s needs.

Β· Identifies, assesses, prioritizes, and resolves production and employee-related problems.

Quality Assurance:

Β· Ensure product meets customer specifications and internal quality standards.

Β· Manage the operating budget, track production costs, and seek cost-saving initiatives.

Β· Provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Β· Manages plant production operations to ensure cost efficiency, optimal plant and equipment utilization, and personnel allocation.

Β· Responsible for ensuring that the site meets or exceeds operating budget.

Β· Participate in Operation’s short- and long-range business planning.


Continuous Improvement:

Β·Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and productivity.

Β·Support capital projects and equipment upgrades.

QUALIFICATIONS

Β· BS degree in Engineering (Mining/ Civil, Mechanical/ Materials/ Mineral Processing); preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Β· Minimum of 5 years’ prior work experience in supervising production employees, preferably at either an Industrial Sand or Industrial Minerals mine. Construction materials industry experience preferred

Β· Knowledge and understanding of modern principles and practices of supervising production employees
