Provider Duties:

Job Details

Hospice Triage RN Supervisor provides leadership, support, and guidance to Hospice Call Center staff for clinical/nonclinical issues and situations.
The Supervisor elevates complex issues to Team Manager, AOC or Hospice MD on call.
The RN Supervisor also provides quality professional telephonic intervention to patients based on the Plan of Care.
2 Shifts to choose from : 5pm to 1am, OR 1am to 9am Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

Active NY State RN license in good standing
RN must have 1 to 2 years leadership experience as a Supervisor, Charge Nurse or Team leader. Will also consider RN Managers
Prefer RN to have experience in end of life care / hospice, palliative care, oncology, ICU or med surg
